Rated 3 out of 5 by Macy200 from Great quality, but Poor sizing. Ordered L, and it was huge, exchanged for M and it was right on shoulders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by silverWRX03 from North Dakota Winters I live in Fargo, ND and this coat is excellent for everyday use. Strong zippers that should last years to come. I love the thumb holes built in the inner liner because it stops the jacket sleeves from pulling up when reaching overhead. Quality built, if they keep making them like this they may go out of business because I won't have to buy another coat for a long time. But when I do it will be a Columbia!

Rated 5 out of 5 by HoundHoofer from Great Jacket for Serious Cold Weather Bought a XXL and had to send it back because it was huge. I have had several Columbia Jackets and XXL seems to be the best fit most of the time. I sent the XXL back and got an XL. I took my dogs walking this morning (-1 F) for our daily 3 mile walk and this jacket was very warm with just a shirt on underneath. I'm confident that this will handle all the winter Northern Vermont can throw at me. I was looking for something I could wear for hours in the real cold weather as we walk 350 days a year and there are about 35 days where my lighter Columbia Jacket is not enough. It is usually a combination of cold and wind that make it necessary to have at least one jacket for the arctic cold. It is light in weight and long (just about 5 inches above my knees) in length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Thatoneguy from I bought the "black" verison First of all the picture they show where the black version of this coat is all black is wrong, it has half grey on it. No big deal at all for me others it might be. This is the most comfortable, warm coat I've ever owned. Definitely worth the money if you live in areas that get quite cold like Michigan. Plenty of pockets for your things. The only thing I didn't like was how the draw string when pulled to tighten makes the hood uncomfortable at times.

Rated 2 out of 5 by gerryf from a warm overcoat nice jacket, well made; but ridiculously long. the rear hem reaches my thighs... not practical as a ski jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nwilco from warm and comfortable Happy when it came, it is actually thinner and lighter then I wouldve thought and much lighter then any other jacket I have had of the same caliber. I do winter hikes and this will be perfect. It is longer then i first though and a wider then me, I am 5' 10" and 160lbs, so its long and wide, but other then that, no complaints! great product

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cucem from A good choice I really liked what I received. Everything is good but: Communication pocket is small for a radio, only a phone can fit. The color is not the same like the photos on website, lower part is really grey.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LakevilleNorth from Great Ski Jacket This is a good outdoor jacket for winter. My only complaint is that the insulation in minimal in the sleeves. When in sub-zero temperatures, you can feel the cold on your arms, even with base layering. The overall jacket is light weight and well made. I like the added length, which helps control the cold air while on the ski lifts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Markdew35 from Awesome Jacket I absolutely love this jacket. It is comfortable, waterproof, wind proof, tons of functional pockets, and fits down far almost 6 inches above the knees. The only drawback potentially is bending over where the length of the jacket can be a little constricting. I'm not a skier and I live in California. The rue test is when I go to Alaska Fishing or back east this January. I have no doubt a tshirt and long sleeve e shirt would be all you need underneath in freezing temps. So far 5 stars!
