Rated 5 out of 5 by from So cool, durable and comfortable I love this down jacket, aside from it's true to size (fits me well), it's comfortable, lightweight yet it gives you the warmth when you need it most. I will definitely recommend this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good warmth My husband loved the vest-like qualities with it keeping your core warm and not having heavy sleeves. He said the sleeves were not the warmest but he liked it better that way

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not a winter jacket, but nice for casual wear SIZING: American Large. It's what I expected. Not long. Not baggy unless you're thin. But then there's enough room to layer, which makes sense. DURABILITY: Cannot comment since I've only owned jacket for a month. Doesn't seem like it would be durable on job sites as a regular use work coat. You could use it for light hikes, but I don't think I'd use it for more rigorous hikes or backpacking. Seems better suited to light duty casual wear. WARMTH: Full zip jacket is breathable and lightweight, so don't expect winter jacket level warmth. You would probably want an 800 fill power jacket for warmth in near freezing temperatures. Sleeves aren't insulated (by design, which is why it's called a 'hybrid jacket'). It's great for what it's designed for - casual fall/spring layering wear. I don't overheat going from outside into a store. Always comfortable. COMFORT: Very comfortable. Some people have said it's loose in the sleeves, but I don't notice that. In fact, I think the sleeves are appropriately sized in length and circumference in order to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath, which makes sense given that the jacket works best for me between 40 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit (which indicates layering conditions). I'm able to lift my arms without jacket riding up. VALUE: At the price I paid, I think it was a good value. I wish everything cost less, especially when they aren't made the way they used to be made and they're made in Vietnam. I'd be willing to pay more for durability and American made, but again, I think it was a good value with the free shipping. Nice job, Columbia.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Be careful about size I like the color and textures but I didn’t check well the size and even usually I’m a M size, in this case I think I could be S

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Comparably Heavy Jacket with Strange Cut This jacket runs large around the arms and small (or true to size) around the waist, making it a very strange fit. Furthermore, this 650 down jacket weighs double (~460 g for S) as much as Columbia's Omni-Heat 1,000 down jacket - keep in mind that the latter is hooded while the former is not. To put this into perspective, this "hybrid" jacket weighs as much as a performance hiking boot from Columbia. No serious mountaineer would ever wear such a jacket on a hike. Also, would you, Columbia, please provide average weight labels for your products just like your competitors do?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Jacket! I absolutely love this jacket. Perfect combination of a puff jacket and a windbreaker. Good for cold temperatures so I don't have to wear my large winter jacket. Works perfectly with a sweatshirt of long sleeve on underneath. Couldn't ask for a better product. The sleeves are a little long and it seems to be a tad large and loose fitting. Other than that it is perfect!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Jacket BUT.... I got this jacket exactly a week ago from today. Took it on a trip to Cincinnati. It fit great....kept me warm and is comfortable. It’s also light in weight and takes up little room. The reason for my low rating was quality related. The left pocket zipper started to come apart at the seams. After a weekend of use the whole zipper was completely apart from the seams. It was really disappointing. I had my phone and wallet with me and had to put them both in one pocket weighing down the jacket on one side. I plan to return it and hopefully get a replacement but it looks like they are sold out. I would recommend the jacket maybe I got one that missed the quality check.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great if you need flexibility in the arms I use this jacket for morning walks in the winter in Ohio. My walks are workouts and I use my arms a lot, so regular jackets tend to bind my arms. This is a nice compromise in that the down body keeps my core warm while the flexible sleeves really let me move. I would recommend this to someone who wants to walk fast or run in cold weather. The trade off, though, is that the arms are not particularly warm relative to the body, so once you get a base layer (or two) on to keep your arms warm enough, your body may be too warm. I usually start out with my body warm and my arms cool, then end up with my arms warm and my body too warm as I get fully warmed up. I usually end up unzipping the jacket part way through my walks, even with temps in the 20's, but it works fine to regulate my temperature without actually removing whole layers. The down is really warm. I haven’t hit a temp yet that was too cold for this with two base layers underneath; that is down as low as 22 so far this year, though I think I will need better insulated sleeves when we hit the teens later this week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great light winter jacket I've been wearing this jacket for a couple weeks - when its above 40 degrees... its so much more functional than a big heavy coat. You can be active: walking, hiking, yard work, even golf.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from no down in sleeves I thought it is a light weight down jacket but actually no down in the sleeves. The sleeves itch skin. Don't know when to wear it. misleading description, have to pay 6 dollars to send back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Jacket This jacket is nice and comfortable, lite but warm. I'm definitely a medium build by my arms are a little long, but the medium size fit me perfect, where medium long sleeve shirts are usually short on my arms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Did Not Keep Jacket was just not what I really expected and prefer to buy the "omni heat" jackets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great and comfortable Great jacket light and comfortable, I've used it in 20 to 30 degree weather paired with a fleece and it keeps me nice and warm. Sleeves are a bit big but i like that it doesn't feel to restrictive on my arms so it works well, can't wait for spring to use on its own. Highly recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice jacket My first impression about this jacket was how thin it is and keeps you warm, only thing i dont like too much is the sleeves they are a lil too big ,i really recomend this jacket ,is worth the money

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sizes run the same? Ordered a Medium for my son for Xmas. It was a little big when he tried it on, assuming it should fit a little snugger than a typical "winter coat". I went ahead and ordered the Small so he could compare and they are identical in size! Stumped but went ahead and kept the Small, returning the Medium. (He is 5'8 145lbs, if that helps)
