Rated 4 out of 5 by from GOOD QUALITY One item which should be in everyone's bag of ski gear!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too small I misunderstood what Columbia means by 'shell'. In my 30+ years of skiing I thought shell was a ski jacket with a minumal amount of lining that was made to wear layers underneath. This jacket is a windbreaker at best. It is very thin and light and runs exceptionally smallI bought it a size and a half too big thinking I would wear something underneath it if it got really cold. When I tried it on, it was tight in the chest and arms (I am slightly overweight but this jacket wasn't that tight around my belly). It looks nice and I am assuming that it performs well as most of my other columbia gear has. It was just too tight and definitely not my definition of a shell.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from it looks green even it says Metal it is the color on the web. I do not understand why it called metal. it is green. runs very small. I usually buy jacket at size small and it runs a little bigger on me. this small size is really small. I should order mediam

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Thought I was getting a steal ....wrong I bought this product as a gift for a very active hiker. I was disappointed at the material and look of it. It looks nothing like it does in the photo...also I saw that it was originally priced for 250$, and thought I was getting a good deal...was I wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice jacket A bit lighter than I thought from the picture, I guess I should have known from the featherweight description. Fits well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defects on the jacket While the parka are good, the quality of this jacket is bad. Very thin and there're some defects on the jacket, I'm returning it ,

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor function, great styling I love the styling on this peice. I love the fit, apperance when worn. Its technical yet stylish. love the mesh face fabric. Orginally purchased to wear running in rain, but quickly found out, like all waterproof jackets, it does not breath well and turns into a sweat bag during activities. I would much rather get wet from the rain then drown in my own sweat. will continue to wear as light rain jacket but will no longer use it during running activities.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from bad fit for active garment The fit on this is strange. I bought it for active activities - running, x-skiing, golf and it won't work. The arms/back are way too tight and restrictive for any type of motion. I'm pretty slender so I can't imagine how it could work for a normal to heavy person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Lightweight and packable Good looks, good fit, lightweight and waterproof... just what I wanted for travel.
