Men's Insect Blocker™ Mesh Jacket is rated out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by bentdoc from Love it Extremely light and airy - you don't feel like you're wearing it. Most importantly, no skeeter bites. The little buggers love me, but so far have not got thru this jacket. Now I have to get Insect-Blocker pants...

Rated 5 out of 5 by 1Dave from Keeping bugs at bay The insect blocker mesh jacket is a great product. I live in Alaska, where we call a mosquito the state bird. This does an excellent job of keeping the mosquitoes and other bugs at bay. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by LeicaMike from FANTASTIC!! I had the opportunity to use this product in the mosquito, deer tick, etc. infested deep woods of Minnesota. Of the several days I spent there during my photo shoots, I came out with out a single bite. I'm very satisfied and will recommend to my followers. Best, Mike

Rated 5 out of 5 by moosaki from Keep the bugs away This works well as a simple barrier between you and insects. You can see you garment under it through the mesh. It works and I buy everything Insect Blocker that comes out. I find that preferable to spraying DEET all over me. The fit is good and it is a well styled garment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by thirob from Initial review - fit Just wanted to share a few quick initial impressions: size wise, I'm 5'8'' and ~175 lbs and the medium fits me perfectly. I could fit a t-shirt and long sleeve t-shirt under it, or a light synthetic fleece. Typically, I will wear this camping during summer evenings when the bugs come out for a bit, or in Africa when it's always quite hot. I was a little worried it would smell "chemically", but it doesn't smell like anything. Going to Tanzania in 6 weeks so I will post usage impressions once I get back. However, 'out of the box' I'm very impressed with the quality of the garment and the fit. Disappointed that I couldn't get this product ordered or shipped to Canada (I had to get a friend to bring it in).

Rated 2 out of 5 by USEtoBEaFullSupporter from why? This product should have a full frontal hoodie zip-up. Its mesh and very breathable. If the chemicals are non-toxic then why doesnt the zipper rise above the collar and cover the whole face up to the top of the, pull over, hood. If you were to use this to watch fireworks, then its perfect. If your bugging out in the muck of Southwest Florida then it becomes a dangerous hazard; even the east coast along the bay. This new "science" has become an illusion... perhaps a MIRAGE?; extreme Lameness. Better bring back ☼Moonstone

Rated 3 out of 5 by GroundhogGirl from Color NOT as pictured I purchased Ice Grey for my husband. In the photo, the main body of the hoodie appears to be a light grey color and the shoulders a darker grey tone. What I received was a bright white hoodie with grey shoulders. Not what he wanted at all and I'll be exchanging it for the grey and orange hoodie. The fit is generous. My husband typically wears an XL, however, the L fit him just fine. While he has not actually worn the hoodie, I have the women's version and my two kids have the kids' version. We wore them for the first time at the 4th of July fireworks. It was an 100 degree day that "cooled" down to about 89 by the time of the fireworks. We sweated profusely in them and within minutes of reaching our destination we all had mosquito bites through the hoodie. So, they aren't going to be a magic bullet, however, in years past, we've received at least twice as many bites. The one place I didn't have bites was around my face, head and neck and the hood seemed to keep the mosquitos from buzzing in my eyes and ears much better than bug spray. It's possible because of the unusually high temps and thus, an extra amount of sweating it was inevitable that we would get some bites. I won't know until we've had a chance to use them hiking...
