Rated 4 out of 5 by JakeMOFL from Good shirt I bought this for those brisk midwest mornings and nights. The only downfall with the shirt is the fit. The large fit extremely large and the Medium fit a little small. I am 6'2 185 and am in that middle range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jeremy84 from Perfect shirt I bought two with the intended purpose being a long sleeved shirt that I could run in. This shirt keeps me warm when I need it to and keeps me cool and dry when I need it to. It is also very comfortable and stylish enough to wear casually. I would have ordered more if there were more colors to pick from.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GreenOutside from Great Shirt Love this shirt, wore it a full day when it arrived. Nice soft fabric and breaths excellent and is surprisingly much warmer than I thought. It serves a solid base layer or can be worn by itself. I have done both so far and have not been disappointed. I have not put it through some intense sweating or a rain situation yet so I can't comment on drying time but I will have plenty opportunity this Spring. Sizing: I am 5'11 and about 165 with longer arms. I typically need to purchase a Large. I went with a Medium for a more active fit and glad I did. The medium arms length is perfect and a great body fit. A large would have been way to big.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jbthuis from Typicakl great Columbia SW Product I now own several OMNI-WICK shirts. They are very comfortable, either as a base layer or on their own. I buy L or XL and the write-up said the sizing "Fits Slightly Small", so I bought the XL. That was a mistake. The arms were way too long. I would rate it as "Fits slightly large". I exchanged mine for a Large, which is perfect for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JoeC from Fits is little large I bought it on clearance. Otherwise, it does not worth the regular price. This shirt means for under layer. The fit runs large and sleeve is too long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ModerateHiker from So far so good I ordered several of these tops as a light base layer. It's early in their lifetime and the question will be their durability over time. But so far I've been pleased. The fit is comfortable, snug but not overly so. I'm pleased with the weight - they're nice and light but provide some warmth. And they seem to wick moisture nicely. I'm wearing these where I've worn Patagonia Capilene 3 tops in the past, and though they're not as warm, they're not that far off. (And on sale they were less than 1/3 the price of the Patagonia.) I'm about 6 feet tall, 153 pounds, and medium fits fine. Note that the sleeves on these are relatively long and loose at the wrist - fine for me, possibly not for everybody.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Robb2450 from Design has been changed This product is NOT the same as it was last year. The cuffs are now shorter and no longer have the thumb hole, which was a nice feature for my use (base layer for motorcycling). Product quality is fine; it just isn't the same product that it was last year, which has affected the desired functionality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Medieval from Great Shirt I bought three of these shirts for a winter hiking trip as base layers and lounging around in the cabin after the hike. They were great as a base layer and look good as an individual shirt. I also like that they have thumb holes in the end of the sleeves to help keep you hands warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Delta49 from Excellent product Living at 9600' in the Colorado Rockies this line of shirt is welcome. It fits well and is warm but can be worn encounters to work in Florida. I can't say enough about the functionality of the shirt. Do follow the sizing as it does fit on the small size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FishyMe from second skin I bought bigger than normal but it is still fine. Typically I would go with Med to use as a tight base layer, but picked a Large. It's loose on me but I used it as a second layer just fine. I like it still and will wear it often.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jwill from Mountain Tech II LS I have been a big fan of the Columbia Mountain Tech SS shirts and LS. More recently they have changed the sizing, the SS is no longer an option for me as the last order I had to send back as the medium is now a small. Back to the LS the most recent order the one I'm reviewing here; the body of the shirt fits well and is what I'd describe as a true medium the sleeves however are a bit too long and tight in the forearms. Still works but bugs me a little, my older ones fit better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Soccer247 from They changed the fit from last year I bought three of these shirts last year and thought they were great. I bought 2 more this year and the fit has been changed. Overlayed the new with the old and the old had about 3 inches more material around the waste and a little more through the chest and arms. The arm to chest seam has been changed, but I don't think that is a big factor. Last years shirts could be worn by themselves if need be. Had a loose feel to it. This years is more like a base layer. Not what I was expecting or looking for. Was expecting it to be like last years. Not happy with my purchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by HCFlorida from too small I wish that columbia would be consistent in their sizing. I buy many large shirts for my husband and they fit great, I bought this shirt in a large and its tiny... a little frustrating .
