Rated 5 out of 5 by Erich505 from Quite pleased I recently purchased a pair of Columbia's Men's Packed Out II Omni-Heat flannel slippers, and they've been a pleasant surprise compared to similarly priced slippers I own from other makers. I usually wear a men's 10.5, but Columbia's whole size offerings and the shapeless nature of slippers led me to purchase a 10. They fit great, though I should note that the (oddly sparkly on the interior) rim of the slippers was initially quite tight and made the slippers difficult (and a little painful, in fact) to put on. This loosened up over the first couple days of wear, and now I'm able to slip my feet into the slippers without reaching down to tug them on. The slippers stay on well, though, and remain close around my ankles. The flannel uppers of the slippers are warm, but not too warm. I've worn these outdoors doing some light yard work when it was in the twenties , and they were fine. Indoors, they're unobtrusive at room temperature, and they keep my feet warm when I have the thermostat down (I had it set at 62° F last night, and didn't give an instant's thought to my feet as I sat around playing on the laptop). The soles of these slippers are GRIPPY . . . and decently well padded, too. They have enough give that the slippers are really comfy to wear, but they'll squeak like the devil if you don't pick up your feet adequately when slinking across a hardwood or tile floor. Their traction is as good as a tennis shoe's: I've taken to wearing these for exercise band workouts on a slippery hard tile floor (they're relatively easy-on/off and they simply lock themselves to the floor against the pull of the exercise bands and my body weight). Anyhow, the comfort, apparent quality of construction and traction of Columbia's Men's Packed Out II Omni-Heat flannel slippers are actually better than any other slippers I've used. The warmth and quality of materials seems to be on par with Sorels I've had. The ease of on/off isn't up there with the Sorel slip-ons I have, but that's a function of design: these Columbias are more secure. So, based on my experience thus far, I'd encourage a friend to buy these with confidence. I'm certainly happy that I picked mine up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by CousinEddie from Real nice Clark! These slippers are warm, comfy and look real nice! Would be cool if they came in half sizes. On the flip side, they are slippers so it's not that big of a deal. I wear a 10 1/2 and ordered size 10. My toes touch the end a bit but they are soft so it doesn't matter. There's a little heal slippage but overall I really like them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by graydoc from True to Fit Quality and function seemed perfectly fine. My problem was the fit. I am size 10 1/2. Ordered size 10 online: too small; then ordered size 11 online - too large! Return shipping cost for both boxes exceeded $20! Hence my disappointment.
