Rated 4 out of 5 by Seneca from Excellent layer, sleeves a little short This has become one of my go to shoulder season jackets or my favorite layer on really cold days. Very light, compact but is surprisingly warm for such a light piece. Large fits my torso about right. 6'3" 190 (trim) I only wish they would have made the sleeves an inch ir even two longer (i have a 35 inch sleeve). Length is fine for just walking around but biking or any active sport and the sleeves just dont cover. Ive noted the short sleeve issues on other pieces - i would rather have an inch or two bunched at my wrists and ready to expand than have them ride up. Other than this design recommondation, i highly recommend this piece.

Rated 5 out of 5 by flys2k from Perfect Travel Jacket I purchased this jacket for travel to Europe and around home. It is a lightweight and warm jacket that is great for travel. It rolls up quite nicely to fit in my backpack without a major wrinkle problem. It also doesn't take up much room when folded in a carry on suitcase. This jacket looks great when worn as well. It's a great buy when on sale at Columbia.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TheJJ from Love this Jacket I am an TV adventure cinematographer, and have brought this jacket all over the world. I bought a medium, as this is sometimes used as a layer under a rain shell. I am 6' 195lbs and a medium is perfect (I wear medium in most all Columbia clothes). It is warm and moves with my rigorous travels. My only complaint is that the silver dots on the inside seem to flake off eventually, leaving essentially "glitter" where ever I go. Kind of a bummer as I don't even let my kid have glitter in the house as I can never get rid of it. Great jacket otherwise. Perfect thickness, packs small and is rugged.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Pharminreds from Fit is not right One of the few Columbia products I haven't been happy with. It's listed as active fit but is far too baggy in the body and sleeves are a little short. I'm 5'9 185lbs and got a large. I hoped it would be a slimmer fitting layering piece.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MusherChick from Excellent Gear I bought this for my partner who races the Iditarod sled dog race. This year, temperatures dropped to -65 below at times. This is a really great piece for layering at cold temperatures or is perfect as a stand alone piece on warmer days. Fits very well and is a great piece of gear.

Rated 2 out of 5 by HonestAbe from Boxy, ill fitting My husband is a size Large in every brand of jacket that he owns (even in Columbia's Fast Trek II#. This jacket is very poor fitting, boxy) and was huge on him. There seems to be too much inconsistency in sizing; I expect "large" to fit when I order it. Back to the drawing board for Columbia in reviewing specs on measurements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Will36 from Great Jacket I live in Boston and purchased this jacket to wear as a stand alone layer as well as a mid layer for colder weather. Yesterday was out in 20 degree weather with a 30 mph wind with the jacket over a sweater and I was warm. Have also worn it as midlayer under heavy coat and shell. Last weekend out in light rain and find the water resistance as advertised. I am amazed at the jacket's versatility and warmth especially considering the weight (or lack thereof). I am 6 feet 200 lbs and the large fits me perfectly Hopefully the quality will stand up as I plan to wear it for a long time. Considering the price this is one of the best values out there.
