I have Buddha mode where I wear on my hips and I bought these for wearing in formal situations at the waist level. They are well constructed, comfortable, beautiful, and have nice comfort stretch in the fabric. Beats the stuffing out of all the other dress pants out there and is in the same price range, albeit a little more depending on where you are looking.

I ordered two more pair in the next size up. They are a bit large but easier to relax in. Rear pocket zipper is difficult to open. Would prefer plain deep pockets.
