- 1. Fold up at dotted line.
- 2. Place against a wall or other 90 degree surface. Place heel against fold/wall on flat level surface.
- 3. Mark the end of the longest toe with a pen or pencil.
- 4. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.

Great pair of boots

Nice boots
The boots are as shown, they are comfortable and very light.
With the size I used the measurement method that stated on the Columbia website and it was quite perfect, but my big toe touched slightly the side of the top, so I have to order 1/2 number bigger.
The only thing I would recommend is to add a more cushioning shoe insole. Otherwise they are very good.

Good build quality and great support
I bought these because I needed some hiking shoes with some ankle support. These boots are nice and stuff near the ankles which provide the support I need, while also being comfortable to walk on. They seem like they’ll hold up to a lot of abuse too

Great Hiking Shoe
I am very happy with the fit, foot, ankle support and waterproof quality of them. As a landscape and wildlife photographer in British Columbia some days I spend 10 hours hiking into and these shoes have not let me down once. Motorcyclist Under The Rain Loving Them
I wear them every single day on my ride to work. I live in a tropic country which means you may find rain, cold, warm and dry weather all in the same day. These boots are amazing, they are comfortable, they are WATERPROOF, they are even shock absorbing when shifting gears or riding the motorcycle. I sometimes forget i am wearing them and even use them whole day at office.

Best hiking boots so far
Just completed my second hike in the last 3 weeks totaling 50 miles on the very rocky Appalachian trail in PA. So far, so good. Boots are true to size. The sole is very comfortable but hard enough to provide a great protection from the rocks. Most important - it is waterproof. I was walking about 3 hours under the heavy rain and did not get any water inside!

Excellent hiking boots
I figured I would use these boots for a week or two before writing a review, and I gotta say these are some excellent hiking boots! I had read a lot of reviews about the fit of them being too small or too narrow but I ordered my regular size and they fit great! The waterproofing has kept my feet dry in dewy/wet grass, as well as a few puddles and splashes of water. Only time will tell how well they hold up, but I’m loving everything about them so far! Would recommend

I’ve tried all brands of boots and I work for the sanitation department in New York City. The only boots I see last is the hiking boots from Columbia. Soft cushion, rough and sticky tread.
Never slip, never have cold feet, never have sweaty feet. I’m loyal to what works. Other boots last me 6 months or less. Columbia’s boot last 2 to 3 times as long with no falling apart, just tread wear. I’m still in my current pair but bought these as a backup but probably won’t need them anytime soon because the pair I have now has plenty of tread and I’ve been working in them a year now.

Next generation hiking boot
These are one of the new generation of hiking boots. The cushioning is pretty good and the construction has a lot of different materials strategically located to make you feel comfortable. The boots are also lightweight, which makes them perfect to carry on any kind of trip. I just bought them so I wont say anything about durability but so far so good.

Very well made and comfortable
Absolutely awesome lightweight hiking shoes. Very cushiony. Unlike many shoes I have worn and worn out on the inside of the heel because of heel rubbing, these shoes have a very well made inside heel design that I have full confidence in. I also love the wraparound toe guard that also extends along the sole to prevent fabric wear at the sole edge that has so often shortened the life of many of previous hiking shoes. You can tell that the designers have put a lot of thought into making these and making them durable. These also perfectly 'hug' my feet, no movement within the shoe which is exactly what you want for hiking trails. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

This product has great features
Boot is lighter than it looks with excellent support especially around the ankle even though it is not the highest top boot. Hiking up trails it offers a very stable connection to the ground. Running down trails there is no fear of twisting the ankle as the boot comfortably wraps around the foot and ankle. There is no pressure on your toes squeezing to the front of the shoe as well. The water proofing technology keeps the foot dry even though it being a wet muddy environment now. It is a new shoe and do feel a slight fold on the right shoe when bending the foot while walking. Not that much of an issue. Overall very pleased so far.

Decent boots for the price
These boots are pretty good. They run a little small, but are hearty. Your feet will sweat quite a bit -- especially if you have sprayed the boots with Scotchgard (waterproofing spray). I had to replace the stock insoles with a pair of Dr. Scholls for added comfort. Another thing.... these boots are next to impossible to keep tied unless you double knot them.
All in all, a good buy. I'm mostly happy with them.

Lightweight and waterproof
Though I have seen others state that the shoes weren't waterproof, the first thing I did was fill my sink with several inches of water and submerged them until the entire toe was underwater and held them there for a full minute and I didn't get a drop off moisture inside.

These were for my Hubby. "They were just a little to tight in the Width. I don't normally wear a Wide shoe, but I don't think I could do long hikes in these."

Not waterproof
Bought a pair of these and right off they were super comfortable and well built. The problem is the are not at all water proof stepped in very small puddle and my socks got soaked. Exchanged them for another pair hoping it was just a fluke but second pair was same problem. Cashier at the store said it seemed to be common problem.
