Rated 5 out of 5 by JLRo from Men's Titan Ridge II My husband and I were snowmobile guides in Yellowstone National Park in 2017 & 2018. These pants were our go to's on a daily basis for their warmth and movability and additional features such as water resistant, breathable with reinforced knees & seat. Somedays the weather would dip to -32 degrees and we would add a base layer depending on what was needed. Love these pants and highly recommend to anybody who is in the cold, hiking, skiing, ect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CoachPaw from Best pair of all weather pants ! I needed a multi purpose pant for cold and wet weather that were not to bulky . These fit the bill perfect for spring in Oregon as i'm a track and field coach outside in the weather for hours at a time. Easy to move around in and toasty dry when i go home! Going to buy my third pair just so i always have one clean and ready. Great relaxed fit thats hard to find .

Rated 4 out of 5 by Saeng from Comfort I was looking for insulated pants for winter hiking, and I found this. I liked design and believed Columbia warm technology. But when I went to camping recently, I felt cold little bit even though wore very thin base layer. I think not enough to wear only this pants to cover cold weather. You need one more good base layer. If you wear this pants base on good base layer, you would satisfy it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by anitar from Survived Iceland I bought these pants for my husband for our winter trip to Iceland. With a base layer underneath, he stayed warm in the bitter wind while we were exploring outside. We didn't hike at all, primarily looking for warmth and something decent looking to wear in Reykjavic since we traveled extremely light. These were perfect for the purpose. The reinforcement on the seat and knees, however, is very sturdy so these pants will be great for any future hiking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PNWJenni from He hasn't taken them off Every Christmas, I am super excited to give my fella something I hope he will like, but we have an inside joke that the sizes are seldom spot on. This year, not only did he really like these pants, but they fit PERFECTLY. They are more tuned up than casual kick-around pants. My only grief is the webbed belt is a little short and is played out to the VERY bitter end with no extra to play out in case my fella wants a little extra pie.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ingest from Great Buy I am 215 pounds and 6' 4". I got the 36" waist and 34" length as that's what I typically wear in jeans. Fits great! The waist is a little big but that's just fine if you plan on wearing long johns. I have used them now in -5F to 35F cross country skiing. Works excellent. They breath well and keep my dry. I would buy them again in a heart beat. These are the type of pants I will have for years to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by StephenJ from Titan Ridge 2 pants I don't usually write reviews, but these pants are great! My wife and I both have a pair now. We wore them on a recent hike in the Catskills. The temperature was 10 at the base and below zero wind chill at the summit with some snow. These pants alone with no thermals for the entire day. When we finished it was fifteen, no sweating, no cold legs. Very happy with the product! Men's and women's sizing was accurate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RemoteHiker from Very Comfortable & Definitely Warm The Titan Ridge slacks are very comfortable. So comfortable that on chilly mornings, I would wear the slacks inside as the house warmed up. Warmth is felt immediately upon putting on the slacks. On a recent hike in the Cascade, they did feel a bit too warm on the way up (3,000 ft elevation gain; plus, I was pushing hard and wearing a backpack); but, sure kept me warm when stopped for an extended period of time. I enjoy long distant hikes into remote areas, so if not wearing the Titan Ridge slacks on winter hikes, they'll be in my pack for quick access.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Marky55 from Great pants! I bought these pants for winter hiking/ spring skiing and they work great. The stretchy fabric allows you to move and is fast drying. They seems to be pretty durable with reinforcement on the knees and butt. They block the wind and light snow was not a problem. Kneeling or sitting in snow is no problem at all. Great pants for a multiple of uses. Good amount of stretch to them and the reinforcements are in all the right places. I'm 5'10'' 170 lb and the Medium/Short fit great. I could not be more pleased. I even like the belt that comes with them as it clearly is adjustable assisting with proper fit. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Yogi2367 from MEN’S TITAN RIDGE™ II PANT I had the predecessor model of these for a few years already. I use them as all-around outdoor, bush and hunting pants, and they work awesome. They keep me dry and warm, but not hot. A pair of UA (sorry Columbia) compression fit leggings underneath and the system works perfect from the fall thru to the spring. I would rate these a solid 6 stars if I could. Rated 5 out of 5 by BrainSurge50 from warm and comfy Have just worn these pants on two very rugged hikes. Very warm and comfortable. Fit is great. i am 6ft, 220lbs, muscular legs, slight beer belly. I ordered 36 waist, 32 inseam. Very happy with fit and looks. Two trivial things i don't like....the three pockets are zippered, great feature, but found them difficult to use, would like to see bigger hardware. Also the included belt is just too small and light. Needs to be bigger/thicker. These are very minor details<for me> and will not stop me from ordering a send pair

Rated 5 out of 5 by tstoltz from My favorite pair of pants These are by far my favorite pair of pants that I own from Columbia, very versatile and well worth the purchase. They are a bit thicker, so they're great for hiking / backpacking in fall seasons and keeping warm during the winter ski season.

Rated 4 out of 5 by djjohnboy from Awesome pants but run large I own a pair of Columbia Paso Alto pants and they've held up very well for years. I love them! I was skeptical to buy these but they are even nicer. The Paso's stated that they ran a little large and did. Everyone who bought these Titan Ridge 2's claim they are an exact fit but they're crazy. These do run a bit large and since they are stretch I advise if your are questionably in between sizes you should buy a size down...

Rated 5 out of 5 by jpowels from Best technical hiking pant I ever purchased Actually first learned of these pants from my guide while hiking Mt Etna in Sicily. Ended up grabbing a pair for myself while on a last minute snowboarding trip up to Mammoth Lakes, CA. Kept me warm in 20 degree weather and when in the cabin, I wasn't sweating. I almost wore these pants exclusively the whole weekend! The articulation in the knee and crotch area are a big plus if you need to get down and dirty. Also the performance cut lets you move around like a normal person while everyone else is waddling around, wearing baggy, noisy nylon snow pants! Waterproof too, though I wish there was an inner elastic cuff or skirt in the boot area of the leggings that you could tuck into your boots, I cinched up the legs around my boot, but snow still managed to make it's way in. Otherwise, these are one of my favorite pants to hike in! Will be taking them to Scotland and Ireland in the next few months to try out. BTW, I'm a 6'4" 300+ guy and these pants fit great, though I probably should have gone for the 32 inch inseam instead of the 34.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lugo from Best winter pants I have been trying to find a pair of winter pants to use when showshoeing. I have been looking for pants with an athletic fit, not bulky like ski pants, and warm enough so I did not need to wear a baselayer. The Titan Ridge II pant is it. They are extremely comfortable due to their stretchiness and keep you dry in the deep and wet Pacific Northwest snow. In addition, the pockets are very useful and perfectly located. I liked them so much that I ordered a second pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Andrzej from Great winter pants The inseam seems to be a little longer than 34 (I like it) usually all my pants were a little too short. Extremely comfortable. I like the fabric on the back and knees. Pants stretch on the the knees nicely. No tension. Wear like nice glove. 25F and feel very warm with no layers. Could be less expensive but no regrets. Well spent money. I'm thinking about getting the second pair - gray.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Znesdad from Best snowshoeing pants EVER! I received these as a Xmas gift and just wore them to snow shoe and play in the snow around Mt Hood and am amazed at how perfect these pants are! Warm, dry, flexible, stretchy and did I mention warm! I've been looking for the perfect outdoor active snow pants, and I've just found them! The fit is true to size, and I highly recommend them!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by GLHiker from Performance in -26˚C temperature I discovered this product at Atmosphere in Calgary last Saturday and purchased it right away for cold weather hiking in the Foothills. My previous experience with a Columbia OmniHeat jacket is what influenced my decision. I have hiked with the pants three times on Prairie Mtn this week (Dec 5-8), with temperatures down to -25˚C. No long johns under the pants. The warmth, comfort and breathability of this product are simply outstanding. Robustness of the material on knees and back in addition to stretchability further add to its value. Not low cost but worth every cent for a frequent cold weather hiker like me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CaptainKurt from The pant to end all pants I have not written many reviews in the 18 years I have been on this Earth, but these pants beg that I learn to write for the betterment of all humanity. These pants seem to be made out of a more flexible version of Captain America's shield. They're indestructible, impenetrable, and seem to always fly right back onto your skinny backpacking legs anytime you want to hit the trails. However, the Omni-Heat is what really sets them apart. I've seen many pants that are well built and adaptable to different terrains but none of them allow you to heat yourself using your bodies own natural thermodynamic processes while giving your legs the time of their lives with the reflective mirrors just below the pant's outer layers. This is an amazing product. Way to go Columbia!
