Men's Voodoo Falls 590 TurboDown™ Jacket - Tall is rated out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crystal44 from Comfy and Stylish I bought this jacket to wear as a casual jacket. It keeps me warm but also looks good. Perfect jacket for any occasion. I am even more delighted because my boyfriend needed a tall size, which is hard to find.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JSJ44 from Thin and Warm This is a great thin jacket to keep the cold out. Great for brisk days alone and thin enough to wear under a thicker jacket on ultra cold days

Rated 5 out of 5 by DCor from Best jacket I’ve ever owned This coat is amazing. Super light and packable and extremely warm. It can be worn in fall with a light layer underneath and in the dead of winter. I’ve owned many Columbia’s and this is one of the best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LargeTall from Stand Up Customer Service I originally bought a very thick leather jacket from Columbia. It was thicker and heavier than most leather coats and I wore it quite often. The zipper broke, so it would unzip from the bottom. Tried fixing it, put up with it for awhile, but eventually sent it back in the hopes that Columbia could just replace the zipper. Instead they gave me a credit for the jacket!!! Unexpected and a VERY FAIR store credit. They did the stand up thing - not often done anymore. Here is a company where customer service 'gets it'. I miss the leather jacket, but this down replacement will keep me warm. Columbia will be at the top of my list when looking for jackets, especially since they have Tall sizes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MyBflo from Perfect for what I need Jacket is great, fits well, with a little room for extra layering. (4XT). I use it for every day wearing in temperatures around -5 to 35 degrees fahrenheit. It's 590 weight down so it's not going to keep you 100% warm in 0 degrees, but just moving around enough will create enough body heat which is then reflected back and keeps me plenty warm. I use this jacket for shoveling snow, kept me perfectly warm then as well. Repells snow, but outside can get a little wet, inside stays dry. Some feathers are lost through seems, etc, but what down filled anything doesn't lose at least some. Over all I am very please with the jacket, although I personally wish I did get the version with a hood. I'm rarely ever disappointed with Columbia.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chris71 from Very impressed with this winter coat! Only have had this coat for a few days but already very impressed with it. I am amazed that something so lightweight can be so warm! It has a very comfortable fit as well. I am sold on Columbia's product after wearing this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by WBSScott from Very happy with this jacket I've had this jacket out hiking a few times now in the 10-20 degree range and in the snow and with a base layer and I've been warm each time. (I did buy a size bigger to be able to layer) Once your body starts to generate some heat, I think that reflective lining works impressively well. There's a small internal pocket right inside the zipper about chest high that works well for a phone that's a cool feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Daddybear75 from Very warm Though the coat is very light and thin, it’s very warm in the Minnesota winter (15 degrees)! Love the coat and look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Noleman69 from Voodoo falls 590 This is the ultimate warm, but light weight coat! Great fit and very well made. Here in South Carolina, it can get cold, and this jacket works fine for a quick run to the store or ball games. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Plus you have the Columbia quality!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Arnjms from Wicked Awesome Jacket I love this jacket, the bits of down that come out occasionally aren’t really a big deal. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by mgoblue from Great jacket Needing a 4XL jacket is a chore in iteself. Finding the Voodoo Falls Turbo 590 was a blessing. Warmest jacket I have ever worn including my hunting gear. Also fits me well and is so light and compact rolls up into my backpack when I travel through airports! Love it so much bought one for my sons and tell everybody about it last week! Rated 4 out of 5 by mcidah from great mid temp outer layer Light, well made and warm. I sized up for layer room as I intended to take it into the 0F range. So I can't comment on the standard fit. I found it warm over standard clothing with light activity down to the high 40F range. Any further and It needed layers. I pair it with the ridge repeat fleece and a merino base for colder temps. con- nothing notable suggestions for Columbia- lighter pocket zippers. higher down fp 800+ would extend the range and keep it lighter

Rated 3 out of 5 by Roadtrip from Light Coat for Cool Weather I am 6'4", 185lbs, with 37" sleeves. I purchased a Large Tall. Sleeves were long enough (Yay!) But coat was not warm enough for MI fall , winter weather. I need something with 800-900 down fill , not 550, in a Large Tall size. I am not sold on the astronaut suit interior lining that is supposed to reflect your body heat back onto you. When I wear short sleeves (all the time) this reflective lining material is cool/cold when it touches my skin, not what I want in a down coat. My other down coats with nylon or fleece interior lining do not have this cold to the touch feel. This reflective lining did not seem to keep me any warmer either.

Rated 4 out of 5 by bbernar2 from A Different Perspective I read the reviews on the TALL and BIG sized Voodoo jackets. Can't say I agree with either of them. I've been wearing my jacket in 0 "feels like -14" weather and have been warm. The jacket knocks down the wind too. I walk about a half mile to work and while my glasses freeze the bridge of my nose, everything the jacket covers is warm. I will agree with the one review of the Big size that the down comes out of the jacket. I'm not sure if they have ever owned a down jacket like these though. I have owned four, all different brands and they all of them had some down work it's way through the fabric. This happens to the down pillows I have on my couch too meaning it has nothing to do with the fabric or its thickness. I'm 6'4" tall, 36" arm and 52" chest. I ordered a 2XT and the jacket does fit big around the neck and core just fyi.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Tay33 from Too Thin This jacket is too thin. My husband is tall but very lean and this does not keep him warm. Although, this is a nice looking windbreaker.
