Men’s Whirlibird™ Interchange Jacket - Tall is rated out of 5 by 14.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Reslbear from A Great Buy I live in Minnesota and had owned 2 previous parkas that were bulky, heavy and uncomfortable to wear. This coat is light but kept me warmer than my previous. The fit is excellent. A great coat for Minnesota winters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by sslaven from Great Tall Size I am 6'7" and have a very long torso. After trying the L, the sleeves were too short. The extra 2" of sleeve length on this jacket made it fit great. The jacket is long enough as well. Great quality and I expect it to last a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Baj123 from Nice coat, needs a couple more pockets I like the functionality of this jacket as a shell and as a liner light coat but I am not crazy about the 2 when they are together as the jacket becomes tight and loses flexibility. I would also like to see a internal zippered chest pocket on the shell jacket.

Rated 4 out of 5 by KBMc93 from Good Value! At 6’3” and 275 lbs this jacket fits just a touch big. Very comfortable, warm and adaptable. Love Columbia! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by Brian28 from Men's Whirlibird Interchange Jacket tall size I've always been a big guy. 6 ft 3 in and presently about 230. I've had a Columbia interchange jacket previously and I went with this as a newer model so to speak. I stayed with the same size, 2xt. It fits very well. While the sleeves are long, they are perfect for the cold weather or the snow if I'm clearing the driveway. There's plenty of pocket space and the armpit vents are a nice addition. While I don't see myself removing the inner coat, the availability to do so is very nice. My only real critique is that there is no real storage for the hood other than entirely removing it. I would like to see a system similar to my older interchange coat where the hood rolls up under the outside back collar and velcros closed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by John76 from Color not what is in the picture I was buying this to replace a Whirlybird I bought 5+ years ago. I like what had but it was starting to show it's age for a everyday coat. I bought this as a black Friday deal and I was happy for the value I was getting. It took a little longer than I excepted to get (delivery problems). When I received it, I was expecting the color of the coat to closer to what the picture was online. It wasn't, looking it from three different devices the color looked black and blue. In person it is more like teal and light blue. My second problem with the coat was goggle pocket. I don't understand why it is on the shell of the coat and not the inner liner. I returned the jacket to outlet which was happy to have an extended size returned and they seem to be a hot commodity.

Rated 4 out of 5 by eric9996 from MEN’S WHIRLIBIRD black buffalo camo The jacket was a replacement for another that had the zipper ripped loose in mid chest. It arrived on faster than I expected for their standard shipping. I was shocked at the color. In the picture it looks pretty dark and understated but the blues and greens stand out. I almost sent it back but I've gotten used to it and didn't really care for any of the other colors available. The jacket is warm in 30 degree weather with wind that I have here. I do not like at all the shiny interior. It's like they took one of those thermal blankets and used that for a liner. Overall, I'm ok with it but if I could go back to the beginning where I had money in hand and not credit to their online store I'd have bought from somewhere else. I've been wearing columbia coats since I was in gradeschool and they have always been great but lately they seem to be low quality and not very fashionable. Especially considering what you pay for one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kemack10 from Always buy Columbia This is only my second coat from Columbia because they are made very well. I wouldn't have bought it but my other lasted 15+ years and I wanted a new style. You can't go wrong with this coat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HW1024 from Great Jacket I bought this for my husband. This jacket is extremely warm and versatile. He has worn it everyday through rain and snow and stays warm and dry. I would highly recommend this jacket! The sizing is true to size and the quality of the jacket is well worth the money.
