Rated 2 out of 5 by Sergio1986 from Look cool, but lacks functionality I boughr this backpack online. I was pleased with the size (initially it seemed cool that the top rolls for it to close, so you have an extra space when you need that extra room) and overall quality of the backpack, until it was time to use it... It was supposed to be my everyday back, started using it for day trups to the beach (towels, extra tshirts, camera, etc). Everything fitted perfectly. The real problem was when it was too full, the straps lack padding and it transfers all the weight right into your shoulders. This easter I took it for a week long trip to the beach, and as its a tip loader, it really annoying trying to find anything in the main compartment. The exterior pocket is more spacious than it seems, but you end up missing more exterior pockets to carry separste stuff, or straps for carabiners so you can strap anything else outside . The lateral mesh water bottle pockets fail to carry a water bottle when the main compartment is full. So in other word its just a bag. On the positive side, it really repels water and may need a really serious rain for you to take out the rain cover.

Rated 4 out of 5 by VeganSteve from A good secondary pack I use this pack when I'm taking inexperienced backpackers out for two-night trips. I wear my bulkier 68L pack, put this one on my backpacking partners, and everyone is happy. There are two shortcomings. The shoulder straps are a bit hard, so I added some padding to them. The pack doesn't have straps on the bottom for a sleeping pad, so I strap the sleeping pad to the side or carry it on my main pack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Der01 from Great 3+ day pack I use this pack when I have to be out for three days to a week. It is listed as 40L and has penalty of space for just about anything you need. There is a hard, reenforced part that actually goes over your back that you can put a laptop or tablet and keep it relatively safe from damage. Again, this is a pretty big pack, not ideal for one day trips unless you are packing for two-three people. Great quality and functionality.
