hiking shoes as advertised
nice quality and comfort - i always want more cushion, but for their purpose, they are perfect. i like brighter colors, but these will hide AZ dust/dirt best, so no complaints.

Love this shoe!
I am a track & field/cross country official, and I am exposed to all sorts of weather. I am always looking for a good pair of weather-proof shoes to counter the inclement weather. The Grand Canyon™ OutDry™ Hiking Shoe is perfect. My feet stay nice and dry and the fit allows for an extra layer of socks to keep my feet dry. I stand for hours on end and Grand Canyon™ OutDry™ Hiking Shoe is comfortable enough for all day wear. I would certainly recommend this shoe.

Ran Too Large For Me
Based on other reviews I ordered a size larger and the shoe was way too big. It was a good quality shoe and if it had fit I would have kept it; instead, I returned it.

Great shoe, true to size
I ordered online and was shocked to find my regular size actually fit and was comfortable straight out of the box when I received them. Couldn't be happier with this waterproof hiking shoe!

Fantastic Shoes
Based on the reviews, I bought a size larger than I normally do (I wear a 10, bought an 11), and I'm glad I did. These shoes are so comfortable! The size up gives me enough room to wear nice thick socks when I hike or walk. So far I've worn them locally on some easy trails and walking the dogs... they are definitely waterproof. The big test will be this October when we go to Ireland and Scotland and hike around some local trails and the Aran Islands.

I really like the looks and quality of this shoes, but I have yet to try these out on a hike. Columbia has alaway carried quality merchandise. I am sure these shoes are going to be fine.

Grand Canyon Outdry Hiking Shoe
The best hiking shoe I've ever owned. Very comfortable on long hikes. While hiking through streams and around lakes my feet stayed impressively dry until water was up past my ankles! The shoes also dry quickly once they get wet. Very impressed.

Great all-purpose hiking shoe
I've worn these shoes for mostly hiking and truly appreciate my feet staying dry. I have to admit that I am on my second pair. My first pair began splitting a seam after I owned them for about 5 months. Columbia replaced them without question. My only disappointment was being without them for the time it took for me to mail them to Columbia until I received my replacement pair. I'm very pleased with my selection of shoes!

Great Shoes
I own a pair of Montrail trail running shoes that I love. I wanted something more geared toward hiking and less running. Love the leather look and feel like sturdy shoes. Love the waterproof aspect. They feel a smidge longer than my Montrails but I'd rather have room for bulkier socks.

Walking shoe
This is my fourth pair of outdry shoes from Columbia. I use them to walk in wet weather and for hiking. All the shoes have been great but this year the shoe ran small with a different feel so I went up a size and hope they will work.

Lovely shoes
Perfect weight and I love the waterproof feature. Unfortunately i chose to wear them on a 5 mile hike before I realized they fit too small. I could wiggle my toes but there definitely needs to be more gap for hiking and descending. I think I would buy a full size up next time. I'm a solid size 9. Luckily my hiking friend is a size 8 and she happily has them now!.

- Fold up at dotted line.

Place against a wall or other 90 degree surface.
Place heel against fold/wall on flat level surface. - Mark the end of the longest toe with a pen or pencil.
- Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
- Read measurement and compare to size chart.
- When comparing on the size chart, determine the closest larger measurement and use that number to determine your shoe size for your country’s shoe measurement standard.
