Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very cute/fashion Love this jacket its water proof and don't even need an umbrella

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is exactly what I'm looking for Super cute! I've spent too much time looking for a right rain jacket. This coat doesn't make me feel like i'm wearing a baggy rain jacket. Plus, it isn't loud as other jackets. Great purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice lightweight rain jacket I bought this jacket for travel to Italy in May in case in rains. Its is lightweight but functional and stylish. I am 5;8" and boght the medium. The fit is pretty goo because I have long arms, but the body is a little big, but nothing that pulling the belt tight can't fix.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rain jacket I love the fit & olive color! Great jacket for work or play!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product - As Expected So far so good - I would rate it higher but haven't had to a chance to test it in the rain. A nice, lightweight jacket that's true to size and the price point was great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rain Trench Wonderful and stylish for any rainy day!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very thin, not what I expected I had been watching this coat. It went on sale. I loved the color. I couldn’t believe the price. I ordered it. It’s o.k. Nothing great. If I would have paid full price it would have gone back. Looks good but nothing special.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for Rainy Day Got this for my trip to MO and glad I did. It was raining the entire time I was there and this was great coverage with hood.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Coat Very sturdy construction. Stylish.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great rain jacket I love my new rain jacket! I've only used it once, but so far it's great! It's very lightweight, which is a plus in humid South Carolina. The loose fit means it's comfortable over a variety of clothing! It's also super cute!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flattering fit and lightweight I am in love with this jacket. The fit is very flattering, and tapers a bit around the waist. The tie around the waist also gives a slimming effect, while still being very comfortable. I have been wearing it for the oft dreary days at the end of winter and beginning of spring, when the weather is in the 30-45 range. Lovely jacket, and high quality to boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Just received it in the mail, tried it on right away and I love it! I’m usually a medium, but I’m so glad I ended up getting a large after reading reviews. It’s does run a little smaller than regular size. And the color sage is lovely.
Date published: 2018-03-22
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pardon My Trench for this Spring True to size for me, but does run smaller than my 2 other Columbia Sportswear jackets, I find those a tad big. Greener than the picture, but sage is an accurate name for the color. I like how the belt is fastened in back. I really like the pockets. Nice to have such a functional hood. Length is more of a trench jacket than coat but nice for driving, more comfortable than a longer one. I just have to see how it performs in a real downpour now to see if I'm in love!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great raincoat I purchased this raincoat before I went to Iceland. I wanted something 'longer' and more fashionable for when I was around the waterfalls. Due to the weather in Iceland I ended up using this rain jacket as my 'shell' over my down jacket. I was very happy with my purchase and I think the jacket is made well. I love the color, I'm a green kind of gal. I enjoy the belt it comes with, makes it something you can wear out-and-about. I am 5'1, roughly 105 lbs. and I think the XS fits me perfectly. I live in FL so I know I'll be using this once the rainy season begins.
Date published: 2018-03-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Jacket - a few concerns I'm generally happy with this jacket though wish it was longer, including longer-waisted. The attached belt hits above my waist and the stitching and (short) length of the belt keep it from tying and draping as well as would be ideal. The online description, and the printing inside the collar, say it is water-repellent. A paper tag attached to the zipper claims it is waterproof, which is what I really want. Will see in the next drenching rain. The color's true to the online photo and I can fit a light layer beneath the jacket, which is also a plus--though it would be less snug if the jacket waist hit at my waist. Though not perfect, it's a keeper, especially at the sale price (thus five stars).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fitted, but nice coat This Columbia coat runs a bit more fitted than others I own. If you are worried about fit, size up. Material is great and I love that I can wear it for work and still keep dry on messy Spring days.
Date published: 2018-03-03
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs Small I ordered a size Large and generally wear size 12. I have a Large sized Columbia Parka which fits very well. This jacket is quite small on the bottom/ hip area. If you have an average sized or ample bottom, this jacket will probably be too small on you as well. It’s too bad, because it is a very nice looking jacket and I loved the color. I didn’t size up because I’m borderline petite and the sleeves would have been too long. I gave the jacket to my friend who is a size 6. It fits her perfectly and is super cute in her.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Waterproof and lightweight jacket This jacket is very lightweight and great for traveling. I survived an Indonesian monsoon with great comfort and breathes nicely. My only complaint is the tightness in upper body area. I usually wear LG but ordered XLG due to tightness and XLG was still tight and sleeves a little too long. I gave the L to our Indonesian friend❣️

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light Weight & Great Fit I am a petite person, so I have grown to accept that most jackets will be a bit baggy on me - this was a great fit, was not baggy at all, super light weight and an overall great jacket! I cannot wait for some rain to come to be able to wear it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Jacket for the price really good women's jacket, my wife wears it all the time and loves it. Great for rainy and windy days.
Date published: 2017-08-21
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love My Coat I love this jacket, it is lightweight easy to tote and store when not in use.. This is one of the best investments I made when I comes to jacket. The 2 inside pockets are very deep as well as the outside pockets. The zipper has given me no issues. I get a lot of compliments on my jacket. looking to purchase another in the near future, however the next jacket while be a little heavier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Buy This is a great product! The functionality is unbeatable and it's fashionable design allows for more versatile use. I wear mine when I am outside with animals and canoeing as well as on my way to work and events. It washes well and fits true to size. There is nothing more I could have asked for!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from perfect casual coat this coat is a very comfortable, waterproof addition to my jacket arsenal ..great for cool fall days or damp spring weather....also combined it with a fleece and wore it this winter with no problem..... (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)
Date published: 2017-06-04
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lets water in This rain jacket does nothing to keep the rain out. My clothes got soaked. It looks nice, but what's the point if it doesn't actually waterproof me?
Date published: 2017-06-01
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable Jacket Very nice jacket, love the style and color of the jacket. The material is very soft and keeps me dry. Runs a little bit smaller then I had intended but I would still recommend it - I love it.
Date published: 2017-04-24
Rated 2 out of 5 by from This jacket is very short and doesn't look nice I did not like this rain jacket at all. I usually wear size small (regular), but this jacket was very short, and material was very thin. This jacket is going back. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)
Date published: 2017-04-11
Rated 3 out of 5 by from My Thoughts This product ran true to size except that the sleeves run long. Have to roll them up. Was not made as well as I expected. Everything I have always ordered was always great except the quality of this product.
Date published: 2017-04-02
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sweet jacket I love this jacket for spring! It's light, perfect for warm spring rains in the Pacific NW, water repellent and a beautiful color. What a great price, too.
Date published: 2017-03-31
Rated 5 out of 5 by from good raincoat Good design and quality. My wife likes it very much.
Date published: 2017-03-30
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smart look for a basic I purchased the cypress which has a bit of an army fatigue look, but the style is fashionable. I love the attached belt which gives a smoother waist. The fit is a bit more trim at the waist than your usual rain cover, which I appreciate, but this could perhaps limit your use in some areas of travel if you wanted to wear more layers. Overall, a very good buy. Size small was grand for my 5'4", #110.
Date published: 2017-03-29
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good light weight jacket Perfect light weight rain jacket. It fits well...just be realistic about your size. I didn't see any problem with sizing as mentioned in other reviews. It is meant as a light weight, spring/fall jacket and not for winter with a heavy sweater worn underneath.
Date published: 2017-03-25
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect spring jacket I bought this wanting a "nicer" rain jacket since all my others were more sporty and casual, and this was perfect for that! Great neutral color, great shape. I did size up after reading everyone's reviews before and I'm happy that I did.
Date published: 2017-03-25
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice jacket Haven't worn in the rain yet, but it is a very nice color and fits great! Nice lightweight material with a good hood.
Date published: 2017-03-23
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish I love the color, the length and the functionality!! The color just makes me overall happy. I am pretty tall so it's not easy finding jackets that are long enough like I want and fit perfect; this one did the job!! Highly recommended
Date published: 2017-03-23
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A "Go To" jacket This is a great, light weight jacket to grab and go for these in between days with a Chance of rain. Stylish, well made (as usual), a very serviceable jacket.
Date published: 2017-03-18
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Color pictured is inaccurate I'm so bummed. The color "ruby red" is not red--it's a dark pink. It's not what is pictured. Size medium fit as expected in body but arms seem somewhat large, which doesn't quite match the more "fitted" style of the body.
Date published: 2017-03-16
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Have to pay to return. Couldn't even zip Ordered a large based on the size chart. couldn't even start to zip. disappointed because now there are no more and I have to pay to ship it back! I love the coat and style but please re-vamp your sizing chart to be accurate to your products!
Date published: 2017-03-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Color portrayed inaccurately The jacket appears to be more hot pink than red. I was pretty disappointed as it was advertised as ruby red.
Date published: 2017-03-11
Rated 2 out of 5 by from fit is small... I ordered the Women's Pardon My Trench Rain Jacket. I am normally a l/xl depending on the brand. This jacket, in a xl, fit tightly around the mid section, whereas it would have been uncomfortable to wear. I ordered the larger size to accommodate a layer, alas it was tight with just a tshirt. Returning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Coat This rain jacket is perfect. It long enough to cover my booty but without restraining your ability to move around. Quality is great with zipper, snap buttons and a belt. It's stylish and functional.
Date published: 2017-01-30
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect trench It was perfect, right out of the package. Great to wear in a light rain. It will be my everywhere travel coat. It's roomy enough to layer, great zipper pockets and quite long sleeves. I have to roll the cuff up , but it still looks fine. I love having a zipper as well as snaps and a belt that can't get lost. Great job Columbia!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rain coat Love it, it wasn't what I thought I ordered, but I sure have enjoyed it! Keeps me dry and warm
Date published: 2017-01-10
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great styling, but a bit too snug Was excited about this jacket as the style is really nice and I especially liked the color. Disappointed that it was just a bit too snug on my ample bust (40DDDD). Generally I avoid plus sizing because my shoulders are narrow, so the garments look like oversized tents on me, but I would have given this one a second chance if the "Cypress" color had been offered in the 1X. Dang!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor in the rain I bought this jacket in June for a trip to Paris. It worked ok for that trip because it didn't rain much. It is now December and the jacket is falling apart after wearing it 4 times and washing it once. The material in the armpit area is disintegrating and crumbling. Also, I just took the coat on a trip to New Orleans where it rained every day and I've gotten soaked through. When I took the coat off, my arms and entire chest were damp after a 5-minute walk through moderate rain, and the coat was completely zipped up and my hood was up. The coat dries fast, but that doesn't help when my cotton shirt is soaking wet. I do NOT recommend this product for anything except a windbreaker or something to wear in a light sprinkle. I already have to buy something else after only 6 months of light use. Horrible. I expected more from a Columbia product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed! I lost my London Fog raincoat somewhere along the way and have been looking for a stylish replacement that would not require the surrender of my first born son as payment! I have not used it yet, but it is nicely made and fits well. I did think the lining might be softer, but it's acceptable.
Date published: 2016-10-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I went by the size guide and ordered a medium, but I'm now wondering if this jacket was meant to be baggy. I tried it on with a friend and both of us thought it was a men's jacket. The sleeves, shoulders, and chest are *really* large but it fits my hips fine (it's very box-y). I tried to give it a chance by tying the belt but it just looked ridiculous no matter how I tried to style it. I've had Columbia jackets before, but they've never been misshapen like this. I'm disappointed because the photos make it look versatile while still somewhat feminine and because the material was exactly what I was looking for (very thin, a good rain-resistant shell to layer over sweaters). After having to pay to return it, I don't think I'll be ordering online again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Singing in the rain I loved my old raincoat but had to retire it...permanently. I ordered this one online and am more than pleased with the fit and color. Can't wait until it rains!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dry Commuter I commute via bike, bus, train, and foot 5 days a week. This jacket allows me to do all of those in comfort and style. It has been great for those windy and rainy days in the Windy City. The waist is a little high on me, but works well. I love that the waist tie is attached, or else it surely would have been lost by now. The olive green color is neutral and attractive. I didn't want another black coat to "go with everything," so I purchased a green coat that goes with everything. I love this coat, and I'm proud to own another Columbia product.
Date published: 2016-04-01
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Thin fabric, poor fit I was very disappointed with this coat. I can't believe I paid $100 for it! The fabric is very thin and cheap, and it fit me poorly. The arms are strangely long. It was tight around the middle for me - I am 5'5" and 155 pounds and ordered a large so it seems to run small. I didn't test it in the rain since I'm going to return it. But I can't imagine it would keep wind and water out - maybe it would and it's just because it's so thin and cheap feeling that I think that. Anyway, this coat doesn't seem to be the quality I've come to expect from Columbia and I'm returning it.
Date published: 2016-03-19
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great jacket I was looking for a light durable rain jacket with style and this is definitely perfect! Very comfortable and easy to drive in.
