- 1. Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
- 2. Waist: Measure around the natural waistline, allowing the tape measure to sit comfortably.
- 3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- 4. Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder and down to the wrist. Round up to the next even number.

Kayaked 5.5 miles in the Florida sun in this shirt. Didn’t even apply sunscreen to the areas the shirt covered. No redness, never felt like the sun was piercing through the shirt. Really a life saver for my fair skin. So glad I bought this for my trip. I sized up 1 size to my normal shirt size because I like my water clothes a little looser but this is true to size.

Breathes and protects you from the sun
I am in love with PFG tops. This one is particularly comfortable. Feels cool on your skin and doesn't stick to you. It can't make intense sun go away, but even a little breeze will make you swoon for joy if you are wearing your Tidal Tee II.

Better than sunscreen when active outdoors!
This shirt is light weight, breathable and dried quickly. I love wearing it when hiking and kayaking-no more slathering on sunscreen or having to lug it around to reapply. It's so comfortable that I have worn it on road trips as well. Many colors available, but I started with white. Washes well.

As a plus size woman, sometimes items labeled as "plus size" really aren't. I can tell you this shirt is indeed cut for plus size women! It fits great around the bust, and has enough room to move around in. This shirt is perfect for moving around outside. Highly recommend! Very comfortable!

I bought the shirt to do some fishing in Florida and keep the sun off of me in the Everglades. All day on the boat and no sunburn – excellent!
Price point was excellent as well. About $20 cheaper than comparable shirts on the market. I’m a big girl so it’s hard to find things in my size. It was very roomy and I could have sized down. The sleeves are a little long, but push them up and they’re fine.
It’s nice that it’s a women’s cut rather than a men’s. They are hard to find for outdoor activities. And it was a very pretty color. Going to buy some more which should get me through the fishing season in Maine.

Exactly what I needed
I bought this shirt to take on a trip to the Amazon, as I needed something long sleeve, bug blocking, and breathable. I wore it while hiking, and tubing the river during hot humid days. I also like that it has SPF blockage. It felt very true to size, and not clingy at all. The pink color was very cheerful and flattering. I'm 5'10, 220, 38D and bought the 1X. I will purchase in another color!

pink long sleeve wear anywhere
Perfect Pink! Sometimes the pink is a different hue than what the online pic shows, but this is perfect powder pink. I bought this shirt for water sports & just to wear anywhere. It's perfect on the water on a sunny day for covering my upper. I've worn it under my PFD (personal flotation device) and it doesn't bunch up. When it's wet it's sheer...fyi...
Just around town, I love this shirt. Originally, it was for paddling & it works great in the water. Out of the water, it's so comfortable. The fabric is excellent quality. No snags and it lays perfectly when I'm wearing it. Easy wash and dry and no wrinkles or weird bunching on the lettering. It still looks new....I may need to get another just so I have a back-up when this one gets worn out....

This product is great for water aerobics

More Pleased Than I Anticipated
The best thing about this shirt is that it fits; I am 5'4"/260 lbs with a long torso and short limbs. The arms are a little long but I like that because they cover the tops of my hands where I have extensive sun damage. It's long enough to cover my tummy without stretching and the neck hole is not at all binding but high enough to do the job of sun protection. I was most concerned that the shirt would be too hot as I'm in hot humid FL but it is fine. Note: the "Tiki Pink" is a lovely orange creamsicle color. The white logo, which I was dreading, doesn't stand out too much against the orange. I would still prefer the shirt WITHOUT the logo if possible. I am in/out of the car, climbing stairs, and carrying files/boxes all day and the shirt is comfortable enough to do all that in the FL heat. I highly recommend and I will be buying more colors.

Have not yet put this to the test for the sun protective factor. However, the shirt is true to size, comfy and in a fun and different color. HUGE Columbia brand on the left sleeve unbalances the look a bit, enough that it would be difficult to dress this shirt up if worn alone. Material is thin enough that you can layer under or over.

Paddle Board Protection!
I love this shirt. It stays dry every time I use it. I spend a lot of time exposed to sun playing beach volleyball, paddle boarding, and biking and I don't know how I ever lived without it. Ditch the sunscreen.
