Women’s Pilsner Peak™ Pant is rated out of 5 by 56.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Mojomom from Nice pants but runs smaller I like these pants, they wash well, and they are flattering. But, I ordered a size 10 so I could have them slightly baggier as I normally take a size 8 in all my bottoms, sadly they fit a bit tight, not enough to return but not what I was expecting, looser in the waist (have to wear a belt but tight in the thigh area).

Rated 5 out of 5 by FallonButt from Great Pants! Put these on your bod, they're so comfortable and stylish! I wear these when I'm not sure if I'll just be at work, or have an activity or event after. There is a slight pattern on the pants, however, which is hard to see from the photos.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Drew116 from Comes are off I ordered Garnet Red and truly hoped they would be red. However, when the pants arrived, I had to double check to ensure I did not receive the wrong color. The Garnet Red is actually pink. I'm talking, very pink, princess pink. No red at all. Not even close. Other than the color, the pants are amazing. Columbia, please adjust the picture as these are not red.

Rated 4 out of 5 by OldMom from Durable, quick drying Tested these pants out on a trip to the Oregon Coast. Comfortable for beach walking. Got soaked in a rain storm, hung them up. They dried beautifully and could wear again the next day looking crisp and ready to wear. Too long and had to hem these even though they were labelled "short". My other Columbia pants (same size) were perfect length. The inconsistency in sizing is my only complaint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ElleDe from great pants These pants are great! They move very well and because of Omni-wick they keep you dry, just not in a down pour. They are very breathable and protect you from the sun. The're good for a trails and good for city life. They are a little big though. I should have gone by size and not by measurements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hedibu65 from Love these casual pants I absolutely love these pants. Comfortable and wash well. Dress them up or keep it casual. Your choice. Ordered the size 12 and they were a bit big so my daughter rec'd them for her birthday. I kept the size 10 and she loves them too. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by lloulou45 from 8 long pants This are great looking pants that really fit true to size. They are very comfortable and looks very nice. Love the long length. I bought these for South Africa trip. Just returned and these pants were great for wearing on game drives through Kruger national Park. I am going to buy another pair but different color!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by GidgetCA from Nice fabric but awful rear pockets Just received these from buying online, will be returning. The fabric is nice but the rear back pockets are situated way, way too low, as in halfway down the butt, which is uncomfortable when you put something in those pockets, and aside from a terrible sagging look. There's 3.5" between the bottom of the 2" waistband to the top of the 5.5" tall pockets pockets. (I'm 5-3) Much of my closet is Columbia pants, capris and shorts, but this Pilsner Peak sadly falls short. Hopefully the next version has a better designed rear. And too bad it's yet another women's pant that lacks much-needed cargo pockets (and more than one small one) -- seriously, they shouldn't be only for men!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Darjo33 from Classy & rugged This is my second pair of Pisner Peak pants. Love the fit (knowing Columbia runs small-I always order 1 size larger than normal) and the fact I can order long length. Wore these pants over several days on vacation in the Pacific Northwest. Perfect for the changing temperatures and for travel. Will buy again in the other colors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Er1335 from Good Pants for Price I wore these pants on a flight because I was hiking directly afterwards. The inner thigh area seam/pocket placement isn't the most flattering, but I purchased them to use outdoors; they are comfortable and functional for hikes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WesternGal from Love these! These fit like a glove! At 5'5" they are the perfect length when worn with runners or a little platform heel. Great color (nocturnal) and great quality. I can wear them to work or casually. I think I need another pair just like them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Koalanat from Softest pants I ever had The fabric of this pants is incredibly soft. My only complaint is that the gravel oxford color is basically a really light grey when compared with the one in the website picture. Besides that, the material and fit are good, and I think they are pants that can be used even on casual occasions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KerstinvW from Love the hem accent As with all Columbia the sizing is always one up from other brands we buy. I (the Mrs.) am a size 2 everywhere else but with Columbia a 2 is just a bit too tight. A 4 fits comfortably with a tiny bit of room. The material is a stretchy poly blend with just enough stretch. You can walk in these all day and move around without ever getting clammy or rubbing skin. The weave is open enough to keep it breathing. Note that these poly blends are effectively plastic so just think carefully when you discard any poly or non-cotton clothes. Polyester is just a fancy name for a spun plastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by outdooradventuresgurl from Lightweight comfy long hiking pants I absolutely love these hiking pants. They fit great. ...I do need a belt but I'm used to that with pants....they do run bigger in the waist than the Saturday trail II line of bottoms. But they look great one me, have nice deep front pockets, and seem nice and durable. Plus I love that these come in long. ....perfect for someone with a 33-34" inseam. I got the gravel Oxford color and it is a lot lighter color than shown but I prefer it that way. ....not as hot in the sun, just wish they could get the color right in the photo. But these are comfy functional hiking pants that are stylish enough to wear about anywhere. The only thing that would make them better is zip back pockets that are a tad bigger since they aren't super practical for hiking....but the front pockets are nice and deep so I'm happy. I'd love to get another pair of these when they go on sale again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Zer0chick from Pilsner pants Very nice great quality A little more of a snug fit through the thighs than other items I’ve previously purchased from this site. Though it’s not a deal breaker. I recommend these slacks. I think they’d be excellent protection for hiking and trails. They will stand up to being scraped by briars and stray twigs without snags or tears.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tasha808 from Colors do not match! I originally purchased these pants in the Shark Oxford and the Truffle Oxford. Both are comfy, however the shades are a lot lighter than described and shown on the site but you can tell that it is a light beige and a light grey. Since they were on sale again, I purchased the Nocturnal and Gravel Oxford. The Nocturnal is true to the description, however a snugger fit than the other three pairs. The Gravel Oxford, looks like a dark gray/green on the site but came in looking just like my gravel oxford so I returned. Overall, great pants!

Rated 5 out of 5 by SBReeves from Waist Stretches Out When I put these pants on, I loved the way they fit. However, as the day went on, the waist stretched out a bit and the pants sagged. Since I love everything else about them, I will keep them and wear a belt!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ArborGirl from Excellent For Hot Arizona Heat I work in the Arizona heat 10 hrs a day. Lots of walking, hiking, and in and out of the truck. They are extremely comfortable and are non restrictive. They are a very light material, it almost feels like you're wearing nothing. I first bought 2 pair after wearing them I bought 2 more pair right away!! Cons are more pockets would be useful, and the stitching around the knees seem like it could unravel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Beelyn2004 from IN LOVE These are my new favorite "go to" pants. At 5'2" and 124lbs the size 6 short was great in the waist and the length. They are so light and comfortable with fabric stretch. They are fitting but not tight to restrict function through out the day. Ordering more in different colors. I love love these pants.

Rated 1 out of 5 by linzod from So dissapointed I so wanted to love these pants. They fit perfectly when I tried them on and were insanely comfortable, but the longer I wore them the worse they got. I found that they stretched out significantly throughout the day, and despite their label as a "high performance wicking fabric" they left me very sweaty with little wicking actually occurring. These two issues together left me with very baggy, wet pants that were incredibly uncomfortable. I actually had to change into jeans because at least they held their shape. I had high hopes for these pants, but they ended up being a waste of money as I'll never wear them again. I honestly wouldn't suggest them for anything, but definitely not for hot weather.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Trish53 from Comfortable for every day I found the material and style extremely comfortable. The size was new to me since I have recently lost 55lbs. and was unsure as to what size I wore. I took a guess and it worked well. I have ordered another style to try as well. I have to slowly replace my clothing so I was pleased with the purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SDskate from Tight thighs & low back pockets These pants are a nice thin material that would probably be really nice in hot weather. Unfortunately, the thighs are too tight on me and I am very thin (5'8" 110 lbs). They would not be practical for me to do anything but errands. Everything else fits perfectly. Also, as others have mentioned, the back pockets are very low. They emphasize my sagging butt (I am 61 yo) and things placed in them would probably fall out with that placement. The pockets seriously need to placed higher on the back side for both looks and to make them more functional.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jenn323 from SIZE DOWN I bought these pants to see how I liked them compared to the Saturday trail style. As you can see from my picture, the sizing is extremely off. I typically wear a 6 in jeans. The Saturday trail I wear is a tight 6 (8 is too loose). I bought these in a 6 and they are huge. They seem like a good alternative to the sat trail, but alas I am returning them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AllieBallie from Great style and fit for active ladies This pant is fresh in its style with a narrower, more "skinny pant" fit without being overly tight. There is enough stretch to make them very functional for any activity. I did have to make a small alteration to the waist as I tend to have a smaller one compared to my hip size, and found the pants were "gaping" at the back belt line. This is something I experience more often than not but it was not enough of an issue to make me want to return them because overall the fit is great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by KJoG from Great for in-between weather I bought these pants not realising they were a more lightweight fabric; however, that being said, they are FANTASTIC for that cool-in-the-morning but warm-in-the-afternoon weather we get here in the South in the fall. I love the stretch capabilities, the movement is super, and I will be wearing these a lot come the spring!

Rated 2 out of 5 by IndoorCat from Thin, pale, and short Thomas Hobbes said that life was "nasty, brutish, and short." I'm going to borrow Mr. Hobbes' construction and describe these pants as "thin, pale, and short." 1) Thin: I ordered two sizes, a 4 long and a 6 long, since I didn't know which would fit best. When I picked up the package, I assumed that only one of the two pairs was inside, since it was so lightweight. No, they were both in there; they're just extremely thin. Note in the photo how you can see the shape of my hamstring muscle through the pants. These are more hosiery than pants. And when I realized that I'd have to wear specialized undergarments with these to prevent visible panty line, I also realized that they were too high maintenance to be the "go-anywhere adventure pants" I'd hoped to find. (By the way, I'm wearing the size 4 long in the photo. The waist fit perfectly. I'm 5' 8.5" and about 130 pounds.) I understand the benefits of lightweight, breathable material that moves with the wearer, but there's a difference between "lightweight and breathable" and "lightweight and prone to rips and snags." These are too flimsy for the price. 2) Pale: I ordered the "gravel oxford" color. As you can see from the photo, the pants are much paler in person than the online images suggest. These look like pale wash jeans. It's not a bad color, but it's not what I thought I was getting. 3) Short: The inseam is described as 34.5 inches, which is false. They are actually 33.5 inches per my measurement. Also, you can see from the photo that these pants suffer from what I'll call the "pocket placement problem." The back pockets are located too far away from the waistband, making it appear that the bottom half of the pockets are hanging off my butt. I'd never encountered the "pocket placement problem" before, so I don't think this is an anatomical abnormality of mine. Needless to say, these are going back, and I don't recommend them, unless you need some expensive hosiery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ivalena from Great color, fit and style Perfect in every way. Light-weight for travel, packing and hiking. Love the Nocturnal color which I'd not seen before; beautiful blue-gray. Fits in all the right ways; not too loose or too tight anywhere. Glad I can order LONG online which I need and can rarely find in stores. Very happy with this purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by OutdoorGirl86 from Love these pants! These are my favorite pants! I bought them for hiking but have worn them every where except hiking. They are a light material with a little stretch to them. I can comfortably wear them in the heat of the Arizona summer. They are very comfortable, flattering, and versatile. You can wear them to hike or dress them up a little. They also have not shrink in the wash. I also like how you can roll them up or wear them full length. The only thing I don't like is that they are not very flexible when bending or sitting down. I have to pull them up or make sure my shirt covers up my back side because I feel that the pant ride a little low and show my but crack. Good thing is that theyre stretchy so I can manipulate them to keep me covered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by travelnut from LOVE THESE! I absolutely love these pants. They are soft, lightweight, and stylish for city wear while still being a functional hiking pant! I travel everywhere with these pants, they pack so small. I am usually a size 8 but had to go to a size 10 so that they would fit my thighs (I have a hard time having active pants fit my thighs, I am fairly active so my thighs are a bit large but you would think active pants would consider that!), this means around my waist they are a bit too big but a belt is an easy fix. Hope they NEVER discontinue these! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)
