Women’s Sierra Summette™ Shorty is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 61.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute and warm Very warm and well made. They do run small, I had to exchange for a larger size (went up 1 size from what I normally wear).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little boot! The Women’s Sierra Summette™ Shorty is a great little boot. I usually wear a 10 and ordered a 10 but my toes are right at the end. I have worn them several times however, and they are very comfortable and look great with my jeans. Quality product at a great price! I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to others.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from boots I haven't wore the boots yet so I can't say how warm they are, but seem to be a good comfortable boot.
Date published: 2018-03-17
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Runs small I loved this boot and ordered 1/2 size larger after reading all the reviews. After receiving it and wearing it around the house for several hours, I knew I needed a longer boot. So should have ordered 1 size larger. I sent it back but waiting for my credit to go through they sold out of my size! Bummer! I've been told to check back on the website periodically but still no luck with my size. Somehow we miss communicated on this situation and I'm sure sorry to miss out on this boot. We still have a possibility of snow through the month of March and I will need this boot. That's the only reason I'm not recommending this boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are such versatile boots! I loved theses boots that I actually bought two! A black for myself and an grey one for my sister. They're very comfortable and snow doesn't deep through the shoe. They're also fashionable enough where you can practically wear them with anything. I actually went looking for this shoe after I saw similar ones being worn on Kpop girl group Red Velvet! They actually partnered up with Columbia and wore the shoes in a commercial for their Peek-a-boo music video. Which shows the shoes ability to be worn with anything, since red velvet wore the shoes with mini dresses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boots and cost effective Ski trip to the mountains yielded 6 degree weather on the side of the mountain and I was very comfortable. Allowed for good movement and very functional. These boots paired with a pair of Columbia Omni temp ski socks proved very effective during 7+ hours of single digit temps. Would recommend again just as I would with most products from Columbia.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable boot. Good functional boot for going outside in sloppy weather conditions. Looks good too.
Date published: 2018-02-26
Rated 5 out of 5 by from boots for the coldest days bought these boots to wear to and from the mountain when I ski - but like them so much I wear them everywhere. comfortable and warm!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute Shorties I love these boots, however, they run a little small and they do take a moment to two to get on. I bought a 7.5, my regular size first, then returned them for an 8. The larger size fits much better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent boot and affordable price It’s so well-made sturdy boot. Attractive and structurally durable features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great They fit pretty well.. I wear them in the snow and i have no issues with them. i will purchase again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these boots! Super comfy shoes and great for hiking in the winter. Highly recommend
Date published: 2018-02-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very very warm winter boots. Bought these boots to wear occasionally and find I use them almost daily. These are the most comfortable and the warmest boots I have ever owned.
Date published: 2018-02-14
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Size very small this size is very small and to much hard. I think different
Date published: 2018-02-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too narrow I don’t usually have trouble with shoes / boots being to narrow. But these boots were too tight mid- foot. They were uncomfortable to walk in. I returned them.
Date published: 2018-02-11
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Would recommend All though the size is alittle tighter then I would like, overall they are great and super cute
Date published: 2018-02-11
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dry and Cozy I bought these boots to wear with my snow shoes, but am finding I want to wear them more often. I love that my feet are always dry and warm. The boot is very comfortable while offering great support.
Date published: 2018-02-09
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boots I read previous reviews that said these boots run a little small, so I ordered them a 1/2 size larger. They fit perfectly so I would agree with going up 1/2 size. I have a high arch and it took a little bit of work to get them on initially, but after that, the fit was great, they’re very comfortable and are a nice quality. I was walking on a wet floor and they did not slip at all. I haven’t worn them on icy roads yet, but this is the first time I’m actually looking forward to that! I am extremely pleased with these boots!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from women's sierra summette shorty I puchased these boot to replace another pair of columbia boots that I only wore for a short winter season and started to tear at a seam before the beginning of the 2nd season. I returned and with the credit bought this pair of boot feeling they would be more functional and get me through more than 1 winter season. So far I've worn the boots several weeks and much to my surprise they are true to size (8) and they are toasty warm. As I break them in they feel more and more comfortable. The sale price made these boots a real bargain, and hopefully they will take me through several seasons. I think the rubber foot bed will be allow for this. If they don't last, I wont me out much money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good choice Was hesitant buy them, glad I did. Work in refridergration dept at my job and they are keeping me warm. Wear a 10 Did have to go up half a size.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ended up returning I was searching for a new pair of winter boots for my trip to Iceland. I liked the way these looked online, but when they arrived I wasn't thrilled. The bottom part of the boot is some sort of plastic and I had a hard time believing that it would keep my feet warm in harsh climates. It appeared to be more of a rain boot on the bottom rather than a winter boot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Summette shorty boot Boots are really nice but a little narrow. These would be a excellent boot if they offered it in a wide version.

Date published: 2018-01-21
Rated 4 out of 5 by from doing its job I read recent reviews and buying 1/2 a size or a full size bigger is needed for a better fit. I'm usually a 9, but there wasn't a 9.5 so I bought a 10. These boots are doing pretty well. If I am outside for a long period of the time, my feet gets cold, but other than that its fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I bought these shoes to go on an Alaskan cruise - I live in Florida! They were wonderful...comfort, traction, warmth, and they looked great!!
Date published: 2018-01-19
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent winter boot With temps recently well below zero here, these boots kept my feet warm and dry. Was able to work all day in comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got these for my wife for Christmas. My wife loves them she says they are comfortable and keep her feet warm. The extra fur lining at the top if very nice she said at keeping them sealed from cold air and the water proof feature is awesome with other active dog.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Runs a little small However great product. Did its job of keeping toes warm and dry
Date published: 2017-12-29
Rated 4 out of 5 by from One main fault The boots were very small and should have had a clear note about that failure. I only went up a half size when perhaps a whole size larger were have worked. I cannot wear them. They press on my bunion even though I got the wide width.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ms This product truly protects from Chicago brutal cold. I only had one pair of socks and my feet didn’t get cold.
Date published: 2017-12-28
Rated 3 out of 5 by from WideFeet Overall great boot, I like the style. However, its not wide foot friendly. Its difficult to find cute wide cut snow boots, I have yet to find both in one, this is pretty close but still tight on my feet. I bought an 11, I still have toe room. I can not wear thick socks with it or else my feet will not fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Go-To Winter Boots These boots are the warmest boot I own! I 100% trust the Omni-Heat technology! I wear these boots up to the mountains and my feet are toasty warm! They are so easy to pull on for walks in the winter too, definitely worth the price.
Date published: 2017-12-07
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits small I liked the boots overall, however, if I wore socks with them they would not fit. I am usually a 9, I ordered a 9.5 they were too tight in the width and a little big in the length. If I would have ordered the 10, they would fit the width, but too long in the length. I will choose a different style.
Date published: 2017-11-27
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy at least a full size bigger Like most Columbia women's boots this one runs a size smaller than it claims. These are warm and keep my feet dry in wet weather or when walking on long, wet grass.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light and warm They are very light and comfortable and very thermal boots I recommend them

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but not ideal for walking on snow unless packed I had a previous version of this model from about 6 or 7 years ago, which I LOVED, so I ordered them again. This model is okay, don't like them as much mostly because the boots are quite firm/structured (more of a hiking or work boot fit). The limited flexibility of these boots makes it much harder to walk on snow unless it's packed down. I'm still working them in, so maybe this will change. I'm hoping it will! Lots of structure to the base of the boot as I mentioned, but considering this, there's not a lot of arch support. As someone who doesn't love bending over all the time, I miss the little hangy thing at the back of the boot that helps you to put on your boots. The previous model had this and it's missed, especially with the shorter boot....an interesting design decision. All in all I think the boots accurately reflect the description provided by Columbia, and I think they will be great for shoulder season when there is a little bit of snow on the ground but a hard surface (gravel, pavement, trail, packed snow). The grip is good, they seem like they will be waterproof, and they're true to size. I like the cushiony/fur bits around the top.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Miss Shaped Winter Boot Satisfied with boots but then when I looked closely, one boot was wider than the other. Both boots were sized the same 8.5. Boots returned due to this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Spiffy Very good rain boot. They are a little snug even w/a half size up and thin socks. I left the laces A little loose to accommodate, but they are not A slip on. The lining makes this a cozy boot and They are pretty comfortable in spite of the molded base of the boot. Functional for winter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love them warm and cozy Awesome boots. Love that their warm and comfortable.
Date published: 2017-01-21
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm, waterproof, slightly snug I normally wear a size 9.5 or 10 shoe. I saw the reviews saying that this boot runs a bit small, and I wish I could have ordered the 10.5, but it was out of stock so I ordered a 10 (I think an 11 would have been overkill). Luckily, the boots fit. They are slightly snug, though; I can wear medium-cushion Smartwool socks but definitely wouldn't be able to wear any heavy-duty winter socks. The length isn't an issue - rather, the height of the foot area above my arch seems to be a little shallow. I'm hoping it loosens up a little bit with wear. Aside from the fit, the design and construction of the boot seem great. There is padding at the sides of the ankle area for additional support, the tread is nice and aggressive, and the rubber portion of the foot seems more than adequate to deal with snow, slush, and puddles.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Keeps feet warm, but uncomfortable for extended use Boots run small. I wear a women's size 8, but purchased a women's size 9, and they are very snug. Work very well for keeping feet toasty, but are uncomfortable when walking. Would not recommend these boots for hiking, or any long term use. Boots are heavy and cumbersome Good for the occasional snow, they have good traction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These boots are amazing! I just moved to Wisconsin and I'm experiencing my first real winter. I typically don't write reviews but just had to share how amazing these boots are. I am naturally always cold but these boots keep my feet so warm! Even when I only have fleece-lined tights on. And that's with temperatures below zero. And I work outdoors! Plus they aren't as bulky as my other winter boots, so I don't feel like I'm wearing clown shoes. Highly recommend! Also, I ordered a half-size bigger and they fit perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Snow Boot These boots are great! I traded in my not so practical boots for them and will never go back. They are true to size, warm, lightweight and durable. I never have cold or wet feet. I love the grey and they look great too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable & Warm! I had to order a full size larger than I normally wear, even with thin socks....I wear a 10. Ordered a 10.5 and had to exchange for an 11.... but they are warm & comfortable! Love these boots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME Bootie LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Very true to size... If you plan on wearing thicker socks. (which you won't need to with these) I recommend getting a size larger. I did and I don't regret it. I bought them from ordering just online and reading reviews so I felt it was important to leave one once I got mine!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Snow Boot This is a nice snow boot. I've been buying this same style of snow boot from Columbia for more than 10 years. I like Columbia because their products are usually very durable and last. I still have 2 pairs very similar to this one that are well worn and more than 8 years old but still have good tread. Over the years, this boot has gotten much lighter (which is nice#, but I would prefer the taller shin length to this year's shorter ankle style. I really need the taller length for when the snow gets high. Better yet - this would be great at knee length #but Columbia has never made them that tall that I know of#. I'm a 9.5 and really needed the 10, so I'd say they regularly run 1/2 size small #always have). This boot is very warm, very water proof, and with very good tread to avoid slips. Although I've looked, I haven't found as good of a snow boot anywhere else. And, I got it on sale!! Very happy with this purchase.
