Rated 5 out of 5 by R22016 from Jacket delivered as promised This jacket kept me dry--was warm enough and I did not sweat wearing it. . That is a problem I usually have with rain jackets. It is not good for extreme cold temps. It has a hidden pocket along the zipper which I discovered two weeks into wearing it. The pockets are fairly deep and do have a snap to close them. The hood fits securely into slots at the neck so it does not flop around in the wind. It covers my hips, so is not a short jacket. The liner is zipped into the main jacket and there are no problems taking the jacket on and off as it comes off as a system when the liner is zipped into the jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by pato82 from Excellent versatility I bought this jacket for the super cold days of Indiana winter. It is super warm and light weight. However, I thought that it was going to cover more of my body and I still need more protection below my hips. I love the jacket but I should have bought the ones that go down to the knee instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Adris from Love my purchase <3 I usually wear a M/L so I decided to buy the L and I wish I would've instead purchased an M. It fits big and you can't see my hands at all. Other than that, it's super warm and comfy. Not too heavy and not lightweight, it's just right!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ashleybeth from Not warm This jacket isn't warm; at 25 degrees I was freezing while wearing a medium weight sweater under this jacket. In Alaska it gets much colder than that, and I'll need to buy another coat to wear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Skunkc from Sleet to Street jacket Love this jacket! I live in the great North Woods and was looking for something that would keep me warm but not feel bulky. This jacket will take you thru 3 seasons with the zip outs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lemo from Love it! I originally got the large but just seemed big especially in the length of the sleeves. Returned it for a medium. Like the fit of the medium, but shoulders / are a little tight. Probably it fits true, just not to me:) Over all I LOVE the jacket is it so nice, practical and looks great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tasha51 from nice jacket The black is a good color though not as grey looking as the picture on line. As other have said the sleeves are quite long but you can tighten the velcro at the wrist. Another down side is the lack of more pockets either on the outside or inside of the outer jacket. It is comfortable and well made. If I had paid full price I may have returned it looking for a better fit and more pockets (most important), but for the sale price I'll live with the downside issues. I have not worn the jacket in the cold yet so cannot attend to that aspect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by xander13 from awesome winter coat i work outside all day with kids so this coat was perfect for me.. i love the double coat, provides extra warmth.. the length is long enough to cover my bum and i have already been in pouring rain and nothing has soaked through.. it is a little roomy, but that works well for me since i will layer once it starts freezing.. i can move around easily, i love the soft pockets and the hooks that keep the inner coat layer in its place while it's attached to the outer layer (if that makes sense).. i am so glad i got this coat and will hopefully be enjoying it for a few years..

Rated 5 out of 5 by jmichali from Warm This coat is exactly what I was look for in a jacket. It is warm and lightweight. The inner fleece lined collar is so soft and feels wonderful. I would definitely recommend this coat for a cold Minnesota winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JillS from Jacket so nice I bought it twice I thoroughly enjoy this jacket. I first bought it a year ago and was pleasantly surprised by how warm it was, considering the fact that it is not bulky. It was good enough for a DC winter - which, while it's no Iowa winter, it still gets cold and stays cold. The best part of it is that it can unzip and become two different jackets. The inner liner is a great cool weather jacket that you can use in spring and fall. And the outer, water resistant layer is great for those rainy days that are too cold for my Columbia rain jacket. This spring, I lost the inner liner to the jacket. Since this jacket had fit all my needs so well, rather than shop around for something new, I just bought another one - a jacket so nice I bought it twice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Taylour22 from Great jacket I bought this online without having seen it in person, but the price was so great I had to and it was exactly what I was looking for. It did run a little bit larger than I thought it would. I went a size up because I like to be able to wear hoodies and things under my coats, but I probably could have just gotten a large and it would have been fine. Also, the arms were really long. Like almost too long that I considered returning it, but ultimately it's still a great coat so I'm keeping it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NikiC from Solid Purchase The Sleet to Street is perfect for my outdoor adventures (snowboarding and hiking) as well as casual nights in town. I was worried that a large would be too small because my bust is bigger than the dimensions given. The large fits perfectly. Not too snug nor too big. I'm 5'4 and 155 lbs. The sleeves may be a bit too long but nothing too noticeable. Love the black color. The only thing that would make it 100% is to have a couple more pockets on the inside of the jacket.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Darby406 from I would have loved it... If I had gotten a size smaller. It's really bulky espically around the arms. It's super cute and what I was looking for but I misjudged the size. I'm about 5,5 and weigh 120 pounds and usually I'm a small not extra small. I was also expecting the smaller jacket to be lined with fleece. It isn't but that's not a big deal. Really I'm just hoping it will shrink when I wash it but I don't know how likely that is. Overall I do think it's warm and comfortable and looks good but sad that I didn't get a size smaller.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Aygul from Bigger than expected I recieved my coat only today, so frankly I hadn't chance to check its quality outdoors. However, I'm a litlle bit disappointed by the product, because it runs bigger than I expected. Usually I wear S size so I ordered S, but this coat look big on me, especially sleeves - they cover whole my arms. Overall, the coat is very thin and lightweight, so if it's really warm and appropriate for cold weather I would be surprised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by outdoorgirl29 from Awesome winter Jacket This jacket is amazing and ridiculously cheap. it looks nice and stylish and it's warm. I usually get XS but this one I went for small sizze and I am glad. The extra small fit great too. I just wanted to be a bit roomy despite the omni heat feature for which you should always get the tight fit. any way, its great for all types of weather in the winter -snow, snow storm, windy days, name it. And in spring - the inner jacket was my favorite jacket to walk around town so I really happen to wear all three ways of this jacket even thou I really got it only for the mountains. Surprisingly I wore it a lot in the city weather really freezing or just spring time. I really recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by SSNF from Love it! I was looking for a 3-in-1 jacket since losing the outer shell to my previous one, which I wore all the time for the past 5 years. The one I lost was also a Columbia jacket, so I knew I would start looking on this website. I received my jacket a couple weeks ago and LOVE it. I love the fit, especially the neck, which comes up higher than the last one I had. Having a jacket I can wear in different kinds of weather, including wet weather, is a huge plus. I got mine in the inking color and it is a gorgeous mix of blue and purple.

Rated 3 out of 5 by JessMent from Good jacket I really liked the color of this jacket and the fit was great for leaving room for layers when skiing. I didn't like that there were no inside pockets though as other jackets I've had. It was also not good in steady light rain. My core was dry but my sleeves and outer pockets were wet. I also liked the detachable hood. It was easy to adjust the size of the hood to fit over my head with or without my ski helmet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Robin50 from Great jacket!! My daughter bought me my first columbia interchange jacket 6 years ago and I still have it and wear daily. I saw this and just had to have another one. The color is perfect for everything I wear, the fit is true to size...don't need to wear a sweater under it...really keeps you warm...love to be able to wear it 3 different ways...perfect for the 3 seasons here in n.y. where light to super warm jackets are needed. Would definitely recommend this jacket...

Rated 5 out of 5 by bdawna from Finally long enough sleeves! I'm in love with this coat! I am 5'5" and around 145 lbs with broad shoulders and long arms and I purchased a Medium. This coat actually has sleeves that are long enough and fits perfectly across my broad shoulders. It's super warm and not too bulky!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MillieB from Love it! I just got my jacket in the mail yesterday. Although I can't speak on the warmth/waterproof because it hasn't had to stand the test yet - I can say that it is comfortable and JUST what I was looking for. I ordered a small and was hopeful it would be big enough to put a sweater or sweatshirt underneath and it is. If you are looking for a very slim fit, this is not for you. However, I do not look like I'm drowning. I ordered the cranberry looking color but it is Eggplant (deep purple) in person. I wasn't disappointed because I like both colors, but it is NOT the color as shown online. I'm 5'4 and 118 pounds with broad shoulders and I can move around nicely. Someone shorter may need an XS.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cathytoo from Great jacket with one suggestion I like this jacket very much. It keeps me warm in cold and windy weather and it looks good enough to wear to town. My one suggestion would be to add elastic at the wrists so that the Velcro tabs don't stick out as much. Thanks for making a very good and almost perfect product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Accc from Jacket is VERY large I ordered a Graphite Jacket in small. Color and style wise I loved the jacket however I was swimming in it. I am 5'8" and 135 lbs and ordered a small. I could comfortable fit the jacket over my down winter jacket with room to spare everywhere except across that shoulders.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MissC75 from Snowmobiling Success Was looking for a jacket that wasnt too bulky and would keep me warm while sledding. Tried it out in snow at 23 degrees with a thermal and fleece underneath. Kept me warm and dry all day (6 hrs snowmobiling) much to my surprise after reading other reviews. I was hoping for something fleece lined or for the inner jacket to have a bit more substance and would still prefer that but can't complain for the price. With outlet and 60% off holiday sales I paid $85. Well worth the money. Got the charcoal color and will wear it casually as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jdfabre21 from Nice Jacket but not Warm Fit is great and would recommend for fall days. Already worn when it has been in the 40's but can tell it won't keep me really warm in dead winter. The liner inside is thin. Have to wear extra layers, but it blocks the wind well. Should have paid more for a heavy coat with a heavy fleece liner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CJT71 from Held Up to Iceland I wore this to Iceland in early October, and it kept me warm on dry, even on blustery, windy, cold days. Excellent purchase - I'm so happy with this coat! The added convenience of a 3-in-1 is a bonus. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tookendoo from Wonderful Jacket I bought this jacket for a trip to Iceland in September. So far it has lived up to everything as advertised. The inner jacket for the tradewinds grey is white so I chose not to bring it with me. White doesn't work well for travels. I did bring a fleece that I had previously purchased a few years ago that is part of the exchangeable line. The jacket has been wonderful. We have encountered wind and rain and it has kept me warm and dry. The hood is easily removed. The pockets are large and hold my gloves, hat and camera at times. The color is great. So very pleased with this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by LauraMD from Colors are not accurate in online photos This review is a heads up to folks looking at these jackets online. The photos are not representative of the colors at all. I've purchased both "tradewinds grey" and "black" hoping to get a light or dark grey jacket - which is how they're represented online. Tradewinds grey is light blue with a touch of grey, black is - as you might imagine, black. Jet black - not dark grey like the photo suggests. Size wise the jacket fits well, it's a bit more generous in the arm and through the mid-section as it's not a fitted jacket. The quality of the inner shell is a little less that I would've hoped for, but it's good enough. It's a nice jacket, but if you can see these in person to gauge the color I'd highly recommend it.
