Rated 5 out of 5 by Lena from Perfect for purpose Needed a very lightweight, water & wind proof, breathable jacket for a sailboat trip in FL. PROS: This jacket was perfect for my needs as it was not too hot but protected me from the sun wind & water. It packs up very small & light. It is tailored nicely for a women's fit; so while sporty, it is also very flattering. "CONS": It runs just a bit small if you need to layer for extra warmth and is a little crinkly noise-wise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Morgan945677 from AWESOME TO THE CORE I love this jacket so much it is very comfortable and very good performance wise, it keeps me warm and dry when it is raining and windy. It does run small, I normally wear a medium but the large is the right size for me. If you have larger bum I recommend two sizes up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Phila12 from Great Idea, poor execution I had this same jacket only a year or two older and LOVED it, I literally wore it until it was deteriorating at the seems. Thanks to Columbia's policy, I was able to get a new one for free and this is what they sent me. This is actually the third one of this line that I have owned and while the previous ones fit perfectly (fitted and flattering) this one is so fitted that when I breath-in it un-zips, and is too tight to put any layers on underneath (which is a bummer since this plus a fleece has been my winter coat for years). Additionally, I never really believed that the 'WICK Evap' lining every really did anything… until now. This lining does exactly the opposite of what is says it will, this traps every droplet of moisture in the coat with you until you take it off and it looks like there was a thunderstorm inside your jacket. I am so disappointed in this jacket, and I can't even return it because it was replaced by the company. I've never been disappointed with any of their products before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TraponLouie from Sister's Favorite I bought it for my sister and it has become the main jacket she wears. She really likes it. I can't really say anything else because I'm no the one wearing it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Kaili from Not waterproof! I wore this jacket hiking in Southwest England, in and out of rain, was soaked through and had to turn it inside out to dry. Love the fit and the hood though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lyddie from Just what I needed I LOVE this jacket. I use it as a rain coat for bike commuting and as an everyday jacket. On the bike, it is warm and works well as a wind breaker. The fit is flattering too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MamaE from Size Up I haven't had much chance to test this jacket (I plan to use it as an all-purpose rain shell), but I did want to give some fit notes. I'm a broad-shouldered XS, but I usually size up to S in outerwear, for layering and freedom of movement in the arms. After reading other reviews, I ordered this jacket in a M. It has plenty of room for a thick sweater underneath, without looking too baggy. The orange, while not my usual color, is pretty snazzy, too! I'm a bit concerned about not having pit zips, but the back vent and wicking fabric should make up for them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CCHFL from Beautiful Fit! I am an outdoor girl so I have a ton of Columbia gear. What I didn't have, was a nice, form fitting, flattering rain coat. Umbrellas just don't do it for me and I hate to go some place nice looking like I'm heading out for a fishing tournament! I bought this jacket specifically for a more polished look and thats what I got. The fit is very flattering and the wicking works well. I'm very happy with it. It is fitted but I felt true to size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ambler from Great All-Purpose Jacket I've had a pink jacket for years and love it. It is definitely a windbreaker and is definitely waterproof - in addition to looking good and fitting well. Now that it is showing its years of use (I'm still wearing it to walk the dogs), I wanted a dressier one, but I couldn't decide on which color, blue or purple. My husband decided for me - "Get both," he said. "You love them and they'll last for years."

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cswartz from Great looking rain jacket Love this rain jacket, but do wish it was just a little roomier. To small to add extra layers under. Runs a little small, but will keep it because it looks so stylish! Bought the Velvet Morning, great color an get lots of compliments when I am wearing it. Plus the style is very slimming.
