How do I get free shipping on my order?
You must log in when shopping online at Columbia.com. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your membership account.
Every $100 spent gets you $5 in rewards. That means 1,000 points is equal to $5. Earn points by:
  • Making a purchase online at Columbia.com
  • Making a purchase in any US Columbia store
Rewards become available as soon as your store purchase becomes finalized, or web order is fully shipped. This will typically only take a couple of days but in some cases may take up to 14 days.
We have a rolling 6-month expiration period based on account activity. As long as your account sees regular purchase activity (within 6 calendar months), you will retain any earned rewards. Rewards will expire after 6 calendar months of inactivity.
You must spend $300+ annually to achieve Titanium status and unlock all the great perks.
Your Titanium Tier status is good for one year from your qualifying purchase date. You can log in to your account on Columbia.com to check your Tier expiration date.

If you make another $300+ purchase in the subsequent year following your qualifying purchase, it will extend your status for another year.
