Q: Do I earn points on every purchase or only during special promotions?
A: You earn points on every purchase, every day! There will be opportunities to earn double, triple, or more points during special promotional events. You will receive notification of these events via email if you have opted in. Click here to make sure you are receiving updates to your inbox.
Q: How much do I have to spend to earn a reward?
A: Every $100 spent gets you a $5 reward.

Q: When will I receive my $5 reward certificate(s)?
A: It takes approximately three weeks after your purchase for points to convert to a reward certificate, as long as you have earned at least 1,000 points ($100 spent).
Q: Can I earn more than one $5 reward at a time?
A: Yes! You will earn a $5 reward for every $100 you spend.
Q: Will my points expire?
A: Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
Q: Can I spend points on merchandise?
A: Points cannot be spent on merchandise. Instead, points convert to rewards certificates in $5 increments once you reach 1,000 points ($100 spent).
Q: Do my rewards expire?
A: Rewards will expire 6 months after they are earned. We will send you reminder emails and an alert when your rewards are about to expire.
Q: How do I redeem my rewards?
A: You will be sent your rewards certificate(s) via email as soon as they are earned (once you reach 1,000 points).

To redeem online, visit and log in to your account. Once you’re ready to check out, you will be able to easily apply all or a portion of your available rewards to your order on the Billing page of the checkout process. You will not need to enter any certificate codes. To redeem in a Columbia-owned retail or outlet store, bring the email (printed or on your mobile phone) to the store and provide to the store associate during check out. The store associate will enter any certificate code you wish to redeem with your order.
Q: Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
A: Yes! You can redeem all or a portion of your rewards at any time, so long as your order total is at least as much as your rewards. For example, if you spend $32 and you have $35 in rewards, you will only be able to apply $30 of rewards to your order. You will then pay the balance of $2 and will have $5 left in rewards to use on your next purchase.
Q: How do I earn points for posting on Twitter or Instagram?
A: First, connect your Twitter or Instagram account to Columbia Greater Rewards here. You can also follow Columbia Sportswear on Instagram and Twitter to receive 500 points for each follow. Then, watch your inbox for our regular points events and product giveaways. Click here to opt in to email.

A: There are several ways to adjust your information:
