Q: How do I get free shipping on my order?
A: You must log in when shopping online at Columbia.com. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your membership account.
Q: Do I earn rewards on every purchase or only during special promotions?
Q: How much do I have to spend to earn a reward?
A: Every $100 spent gets you $5 in rewards. Earn rewards by:
- Making a purchase online at Columbia.com
- Making a purchase in any Columbia brand store
- Making a purchase in any Columbia factory store
Q: When will I be able to redeem my rewards?
A: It takes approximately three weeks after your purchase for your rewards to be ready to redeem, as long as you have earned at least $5 in rewards ($100 spent). If you have earned less than $5 in rewards, or if your rewards are not yet ready to redeem, you will see pending rewards in your account.
Q: Can I earn more than one $5 reward at a time?
A: Yes! You will earn $5 in rewards for every $100 you spend.
Q: Do my rewards expire?
A: Rewards will expire 6 months after they are earned. We will send you reminder emails and an alert when your rewards are about to expire.
Q: How do I redeem my rewards?
A: You will be notified by email as soon as you earn $5 in rewards.
To redeem online, visit Columbia.com and log in to your account. Once you’re done shopping, you can easily apply your rewards in $5 increments when you check out. You will not need to enter any codes.
To redeem in a Columbia brand or factory store, just provide the email address or phone number associated with your account at checkout and the store associate will apply all or a portion of your available rewards.

Q: Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
A: Yes! You can redeem all or a portion of your rewards in $5 increments at any time, so long as your order total is at least as much as your rewards. For example, if you spend $32 and you have $35 in rewards, you will only be able to apply $30 of rewards to your order. You will then pay the balance of $2 and will have $5 left in rewards to use on your next purchase.
Q: I need to change my account information. Where do I go?
A: There are several ways to adjust your information:
- Log into your account at Columbia.com and go to "Account Info." Adjust your information as needed.
- If you need to adjust your shipping address, go to the "Addresses" tab.

Q: I updated my email address, but I don't see any of my old rewards in my account. What should I do?
A: To merge your old account and retrieve your old rewards, call Columbia Customer Care at
(800) 622-6953.
Q: Can employees and Fans & Followers earn rewards?
A: No, purchases made with an employee or Fans & Followers discount are not eligible for rewards or other CGR benefits.
Q: Where did my points go?
A: Instead of earning points, you now earn rewards. None of your points were lost! They’ve been converted to rewards dollars in your account.
Q: What has changed with points and rewards?
A: Nothing about the way you earn or spend rewards has changed — it’s now simply easier for you to understand and use your rewards!
