Women's PFG Aruba™ Roll Up Pant - Plus Size is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 49.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, cool pants I took a chance on these, and I'm glad I did. Being overweight, I wear a plus-size, and it's hard to find things that fit well for a good price. I hit the jackpot with these pants, as they fit nicely, have some fun pockets, have UPF, are convertible, and are long enough! My dog jumped on me with muddy paws within minutes of me putting them on, and it washed off - and dried quickly. GREAT pants!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light weight and quick dry I love these pants! I need to stay covered in the sun but don't want to be hot under heavy, long clothes. These pants are just what I was looking for. They do run small so I recommend getting a size up. I won't go to the beach without these pants!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NOT FOR APPLE SHAPE WOMAN I absolutely love these pants but the waist is quite small. I wear a 20W in all other Columbia pants but the waist is thin. Great texture and much more durable, unlike the other Columbia pants I wear which tend to pile after multiple use. I would highly recommend these if you are a curvy shape.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful! Great pants but do run small...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs small Great fabric it is light and cool. The summer heat of Sacramento Valley these pants are great. I wear them to work

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Pant but runs very small I was like looking for some new camping pants and was excited to find these in multiple plus sizes. After reading other reviews I ordered one size up but ultimately had to return them and go up one more size. I am happy with the pants but wish they ran truer to size so I did not have to go through the process and extra shipping cost to return the first pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Review for Aruba Roll-up Pants Definitely runs small so order one size up. LOVE these pants though. So comfortable and versatile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ordering a Pair in Each Color I wear 2x. Finding quality rugged outdoor gear in larger sizes is a challenge. I’ve worn my pants on two recent hiking adventures from hot climate to cold mountain climate and they were perfect. Ordering a pair in each color. Thank you, Columbia!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waaaaytoosmall I love Columbia and was very excited to receive these pants, until I received them. I ordered a size larger as I'm accustomed to Columbia running small and they didn't come close to fitting. Material unforgiving and rise falls in the worst place. Quality seemed to be there, fit was definitely not.
Date published: 2018-03-18
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good choice! These were almost exactly what I needed. They dry super quick and are comfortable even worn all day. If the fabric had a little stretch to it these would be absolutely perfect. Still, they are a great investment and the quality is very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have a few pairs love them. I love the fit and style of these pants. They have a few pockets that zip so you can take items along and not worry about losing things a long the way. They worked great for my trip to Alaska. I didn’t have to carry anything for my money and ID. It was right at hand in the zipper pockets. Love them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Two Sizes Too Small I wear a 1X in the Saturday Trail II pants and ordered a 2X in these figuring that without the stretchy fabric I'd need a larger size. The 2x in these is smaller than the 1x in Saturday Trail II despite what the size guide says. :-( These are going back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great traveling pants Excellent traveling pants for warm weather countries. Matches well with Columbia tops, of course.
Date published: 2018-01-28
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfy and great green color I bought the Wintergreen and love the color, it's a nice kelly green. These pants are everything I want - they don't bunch up in the wrong places when bending or kneeling, and the waistband isn't tight. I'm a 5'9" apple-shaped plus-sized, I normally wear a 2X in tops or in elasticated pants, or a 22 (often a 24 in pants) in button-up pants. I bought these in a 24 and they're perfect.
Date published: 2018-01-10
Rated 1 out of 5 by from I ordered 2 sizes larger I ordered these pants 2 sizes larger than I normally wear. They are still too small. I am attempting to return them and am not sure if this is possible. Not happy with this at all.
Date published: 2018-01-07
Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than very small Love the pants but they run at least 2 sizes smaller than all of the rest of my clothing
Date published: 2018-01-06
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent pants! I bought them because the brand I had were no longer being made by a competitor. I found a new best pair of pants for vacationing! These are great pants convertible to capris.! I believe I love them more than my original pair from the competitor. They fit perfectly - no gapping at the waist, no saggy baggy crotch and the length is perfect too with my hiking boots - A little long with my sneakers but hey they convert to capris!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Strange Fit These pants simply did not work for me. They were baggy in the waist but tight in the butt. The material was very light which felt like it would be cool but it did not seem like it would be durable. Perhaps they would work for someone with a different waist/hip ratio. I am curvy with a slightly smaller waist than hips.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great pants, but they run small Many reviews say Columbia products run small. This was definitely the case for me, I ordered two sizes up and they were still too small in the waist.
Date published: 2017-08-22
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Multi Purpose Lightweight Pant Love the versatility of these pants. Ordered in black. Originally ordered 22W but these ride a little lower than the other type I bought with them so decided to send back for 24W which I like the fit better. Looking forward to using these on our month long vacation to Scandinavia. Light, easy wear, dry fast, pack in small space.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs a full pant size too small Overall a great product, you can tell it's made from sturdy stuff. Unfortunately, I haven't really been able to wear it since it doesn't fit. I chose the 16 wide because I normally comfortably fit into a regular, I suggest ordering a size up from what you normally wear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pants I must have lucked out with a pair that fit perfectly. I was nervous since I ordered before reading the reviews (I know), but they fit great and were comfortable for a full day on the water. Highly recommend!
Date published: 2017-07-21
Rated 1 out of 5 by from WHY ARE THESE PANTS SO SMALL?! I usually wear a 22w, but the reviews said these run small so I got a 24w. They didn't fit. Not like "hm these are too tight to wear in public," but like "I'm sucking in with all my might and I can't even get the button within one inch of the buttonhole." Needless to say, I'll be returning, and buying another pair of Columbia pants for hiking and fishing.
Date published: 2017-07-02
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Order a larger size These are great looking pants and I love the idea of them rolling up. The size is probably off by about two. Wish they were sized similar to the other pair of pants I bought from Columbia. They'll be going back.
Date published: 2017-06-25
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sizing way too small The only thing I can rate is the size because it is way too small for me to wear. It is the same size as other Columbia pants I am wearing but at least 2 sizes too small. Very disappointing
Date published: 2017-05-30
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like the PFG Pants My daughter for whom I purchased the pants, likes them, but wishes that they had some stretch in them.
Date published: 2017-05-27
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute, but not realistic These pants run really small in the waist. I'm between a 16 and 18 and definately needed an 18. One pant leg was folded up and the other one out. I'm a 33" inseam and these fit around a 31" inseam. I tried to fold up the other side and there's no way to get the fold as perfect as they came from the company. Sadly, I'll be returning these and not getting a size up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Woman's page Aruba pants I love the style and flexibility.....however, I ordered two pair; one in khaki (fossil) and one in navy. The navy pair (made in banglabesh) were much smaller. The fossil pair were made in Vietnam nam. I measured together and the navy pair were about an inch smaller around the hips. I would be careful and maybe order a size larger. Too bad Columbia does not specify the country of product made. I looked at my other Columbia clothing....made in Vietnam nam was a good fit!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Extremely small I bought an 18 women's. They didn't come past my knee. I wear and love Columbia products. But not these. They DO NOT STRETCH
Date published: 2016-12-17
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very small, material has no stretch For reference I wear a size 18W in the Anytime Outdoors pant. That material has a lot of stretch and often by the end of the day, the are on the big side. In regular material pants at non-columbia brands, I wear 18W or 20W. I read the reviews on these pants and ordered a 22W. While I can zip the pants, they are much too tight to wear out of my house. I also don't care for the material. I suppose the description of nylon should have given it away but the fabric is noisy with no give. I can't see wearing these.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Two Sizes too Small Loved the look and feel of these pants. Just wish the were sized appropriately.
Date published: 2016-09-12
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these pants! I just purchased my third pair. I can not say enough great things about these pants. I wear them hiking. I bike in them. I am a Pre-k teacher and wear these to school. They look great as pants or as capris! Comfy and quick drying!
Date published: 2016-09-12
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Runs small I read other reviews and ordered these pants based on what others experienced. Glad I did. I ordered a full size larger and they fit perfectly. Columbia, why not call them what they are? I do love the pants, they are very comfortable and actually long enough for me. If they go on sale, I will be ordering another pair in a different color.
Date published: 2016-07-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! I love the reinforced seams, the fabric, everything. It is really nice that they dry fast. I have another pair of similar Columbia pants that I have worn for about eleven years. These pants last! Thank you for remembering that you have plus size women shopping for cute, comfortable, sized to fit clothes. These pants are perfect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from did not dry I wore these pants in Borneo, where it was 100 degrees every day. They didn't wick away moisture from rain, sweat, or humidity. They were so wet that it looked like I'd just stepped out of a pool. I was soaking all day.
Date published: 2016-05-19
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs better hem roll Order the size you would buy at a department store, The measurement charts here are not accurate. I had to return for smaller size. The size that fit are still too long which for me is unusual since I am 5'9". I may hem them. The fabric is very flexible (comfortable) but I cannot figure out how to roll the leg up to match the one that came pre-rolled - whatever I do looks sloppy. There should be a strip on the inside of the leg to match the outer 1. It would also be nice if there was a way to roll them up higher above the knee when it is hot. The fabric is loose enough that it would work and the two options would be more versatile.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Way to small I love Columbia products and was so excited to order these pants. I previously purchased a pair of shorts from Columbia and I felt that due to the material I needed to order a size bigger so I did the same with these pants. I ordered a size larger than my normal pants size and still couldn't zip them without fear of them ripping. It was really disappointing. I'm sure the pants would have been perfect in every other way. They felt very lightweight which was what I was looking for. I also really liked the ability to convert them to capris. Unfortunately, I had to return them

Rated 4 out of 5 by from But for size, it would get 5 stars I love the material of these pants and the styling is super. However (and it is a BIG however) the sizing runs small, which is a shame. I would likely have given it 5 stars had the sizing been better. Thanks!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Aruba pants size 18 The Everyday pants a size 18 is a little too big on me. I ordered the Aruba pants thinking they would fit. Nope, could barely get over my hips, not even going to try to button. Sending back but they are out of 20s. :(

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good travelling pants Have bought these pants in several colors to wear while traveling. These pants travel well, wash easily and can go anywhere. My only complaint is that there is only one tab for keeping the pants rolled up. This leads to the pants being uneven.
Date published: 2016-01-28
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does not run small at size 24 Thought I'd write to help my fellow big gals decide on a size. I'm about a 48" waist and 51" hips and I'm kinda swimming in size 24. Based on Columbia's measurements they should be a little tight, especially in the waist. I'm an apple shape with no butt and never would have expected the waist to be the loose part. Ever. They're less baggy in the hips so maybe the issue is for those lucky gals who are hippy. I decided to keep them as they'll fit great over fleece pants for winter. I haven't worn them out yet, but I'm already in love with the weight of the fabric and how small I can bunch it up. This is gonna dry quick and pack anywhere. They are ridiculously long, but the rolled up length is just the right length for me! I may still have them hemmed, especially if they unroll when wet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Multi Purpose Pant Its true that the waste on these runs a little small however I found that once I got the right fit I was pleasantly surprised by these pants. They worked great for protection from the sun, wind and rain. I've worn them in multiple environments and have enjoyed them greatly. The only scenario they don't do much in is the cold but I've found they make a great layering pant. I toss some thermals underneath and they made a pretty handy shell. I would recommend these pants for sure. I only wish the wast band was part stretch or elastic.
Date published: 2015-10-10
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I haven't wanted to wear any other pants since I got these I love these pants. Usually with jeans I can't wait to get home and take them off but not with these pants. They are so comfortable that I have been wearing them daily since they arrived. I want them in other colors. I have been recommending them to everyone. Great pants!
Date published: 2015-09-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! I will be ordering more of these pants!! I work outside, and it can get steamy in the south, these pants are great for hot summer days in the field.
Date published: 2015-06-12
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect pants These are great, just beware that you will have to size up two sizes. Great length I'm 5'4, great shape around legs not boxy but outdoor girly, these pants are my new favorite. Once I got the size right I ordered 4 pair.
Date published: 2015-05-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Pants, Bad Fit I loved these pants, but the fit is so bad I had to return them-- twice. I ordered up one size as recommended for the first time I ordered. I could not even zip them. Since these pants were perfect for a upcoming trip I ordered again. This time 2 additional sizes up. I wanted to like these pants, they are perfect for what I needed, but the fit at the waist was awful, the butt too tight, and were 6 inches too long. When making plus sizes they did not adjust the pattern for bigger women.
Date published: 2015-03-26
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Incorrect Fit Had to return pants for a different style that fit, while other pants I ordered fit beautifully. These pants need to fit like the others carried by Columbia.
Date published: 2015-03-04
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs small, even for Columbia sizing I know that anything Columbia makes for women seems to run at least a size smaller than normal clothing, but I ordered these an extra size up and they are still a little on the tight side. The style is great and they seem like they would be comfortable and functional - if you order 2 sizes up. I bought another style of Columbia pants at the same time (only one size up) and they are fine. Work on the sizing of these and they will be a great pair of pants!
Date published: 2015-02-07
Rated 3 out of 5 by from not sized for plus sizes I understand that athletic women this size may find the sizing suits them, but I wear 22W size clothing easily, and this was tight in the places where you need hiking pants to be loose to be able to move in--waist, hips, butt. Thin women aren't the only ones who hike. And I need pants to hike in. If a bigger size fits, I believe the fabric will hold up well.
