Very satisfied
Wore this to Mexico, and was very satisfied with the convienient pockets and comfort. Altho I ordered a medium the shirt was closer to a large, so I would recommend considering down-sizing.
All in all tho, the weight and comfort outweighed the 'loose' fit. And in warmer climes, loose will fare better than tight.

Fantastic, what else can be said
I have a number of these shirts in both Large and XL. I use the XL in the Summer for a little more air space.
The cotton material is realy comfortable to wear all day out in the boat, even on on hot summer days, as apposed to polyester/nylon.

Performs as promised
I bought this shirt for my husband, a fly fisher, and he is very pleased, especially with the extra pockets. It is not a heavyweight shirt, but is durable and well-designed.

Fishing Must have
I bought this for my dad for Christmas. He loves it, had it on as soon as he opened it. Fit was perfect. He wore this out the next day fishing (despite how cold it was). This shirt is great, between the fit, comfort and all the pockets, it's a must have.

Hands down, one great gift!
I bought one of these shirts for my father-in-law and he absolutley LOVES it! I have to say, it does seem like it would be a very comfortable and cool shirt to wear. The material is very lightweight and has a nice hand. It does run quite large, I had to go down a size for him. Whenever I see him, he is usually wearing this shirt!

Bonehead Long Sleeve Shirt
I love this shirt. I have worn out 2 over a number of years and had to buy a replacement. Use it several times a week. The fit and feel are perfect for me. I like to hike around with my camera and backpack and appreciate the the mesh vents to help keep me cool. Thanks for a great product.

Great Shirt
This shirt looks and fits great. I have worn it fly fishing a couple of times in hot weather and it performs wonderfully allowing the occassional breeze to pass through and cool me down. I bought it specifically for a trip to Kenya later this year and expect to be pleased with my choice.
However, I noticed two quality control issues:
1. there is a stich or two missing where the left sleeve meets the yoke and side vent.
2. there is about a half inch of material pinched into the left hand side seem about five inches from the bottom of the shirt.

Columbia...perfect as usual
I'm a die-hard Columbia fishing shirt wearer; this shirt is probably number 7 or 8 for me, that's how much I love them! Great product, quality, service, price, great everything! I'd expect and have never gotten less from Columbia! I'll be looking for more shirts soon, Columbia

Around shirt
This is a shirt you can wear anywhere. Covers the arms and neck well. It does wrinkle just a little more than others. But it's cotton. It's a great shirt

Fall or Winter Fishing shirt!
These are not the really breathable ones; clammy on a hot day. I am going to keep them though, as the details and features are great. Plenty of sized pockets and tabs for the Fly Fisherman. Just going to wear them when things get cooled off. Great Pricing.

Bonehead shirts making NEWS
I have an active job as a news journalist who not only reports and anchors a newscast daily, I also shoot my own stories...and with the heat here in the Texas Panhandle, it can be brutal! But I wear Columbia shirts, mostly Bonehead's almost daily. The protection from the sun and the vent in the back make them THE perfect shirt at work and then head to happy hour after work in the same shirt for a cool night of relaxation! Couple co-workers think you guys should sponsor my wardrobe...sounds good, but I already have all the colors!

Big and wrinkly
I purchased three large shirts blue, yellow and green. Shirts are made in India; there were a few loose threads but nothing that compromised the integrity of the shirt. These shirts run big. I ordered the large, lots of room. I spent my first day in 103 degree sun on a dry lake bed for 6 hours and they performed well. I would have given 5 stars but the fact that it runs big and the fact that they need to be ironed. Extreme wrinkles not my favorite thing to do. Just washed them and air dried. The Velcro seems to be holding. I might replace the Velcro with snaps if it ever becomes a problem. I will purchase more as gifts.

All cotton...and easy to iron!

What I expect from Columbia
This is the second time I have bought a bunch of gear from Columbia. The first time was ten years ago, and some of it is finally starting to wear out. So far, this shirt is on track to see ten years of use too.

Comfortable Fishing Shirt
Really love these Bonehead shirts. They do run very big. Seem to have gotten bigger by size over the years. They do shrink a bit....good thing. It's a very durable shirt....comfortable......and functional. All the traits I seek in a Fly Fishing shirt. I wear a Bonehead just about every day in the warmer seasons while guiding.

Bonehead Long Sleeve
This is a wonderful product. I use these almost everyday on the water. Very comfortable while on the water, not to hot. The material is breathable and non-constricting. Easy to move around and get things done on the boat. Provides great all around coverage while not to heavy.

Awesome shirt for all occasions
I love the outdoors... fishing, kayaking, boating. I am also deployed in Iraq and Afgan to assist our troops a lot and these shirts provide me the comfort, especially in summer, of having sun protection and still being cool while also having a shirt that looks great that when necessary you can throw a tie on give a talk to a visiting VIP. I would recommend these shirts for all types of wear. The fit great and shipping from Columbia is top-notch.

These are the most comfortable shirts, period. They always look great too. Do not be fooled by the look-a-likes out there. I tried the look-a-likes and ended up giving them to goodwill.

Bonehead shirts
I bought 3 of these for my husband (59) and father (85) for Christmas. The fit will probably be fine but they haven't received them yet. The shipping was quicker than promised. The colors were 'brighter' than appeared in the ad...much more tropical.

Nice shirt.
This is a well made, comfortable shirt that can be worn for fishing or everyday casual wear. Plenty of room in the shoulders. I have purchased several of these shirts and would certainly recommend them.

I have worn technical fishing shirts from every company and the Bonehead is hands down the best out there. I have been wearing them for years (as a fishing guide)and they have outlasted all of the others. Now I only spend my money on Boneheads.

i own three of these shirts. i would never give them up. these shirts are very tough, yet comfortable.i wore these shirts fishing in the keys last july. i stayed cool in the hot florida sun. the slightest breeze gets into these shirts through the back vents. YOU STAY COMFORTABLE !!!
