Shasta Ridge Low gets it done. I run a dog walking business and am on my feet all day. The Shasta Ridge low fits well and gives great support. I wear out top quality shoes in about 3 months on average, and Columbia shoes fit well and last as long as other brands. The Omni-Tech material keeps my feet dry in wet conditions. My feet are slightly narrow and Columbia's medium width fits me fine. If your foot runs medium to wide you might want to order in wide width. I've worn other styles in the Columbia line and have always been pleased with their products. I would recommend this shoe to anyone who does light hiking, extensive walking, or other outdoor activities. December 4, 2011
