Grinder Bibs great for Minnesota winter I had been looking for a high quality, warm, dry, light weight pair of bibs for a long time. These match my specs perfectly. I have been wearing them for snowmobiling. Will also use them for ice fishing and early open water fishing.One modification suggestion: a zipper in the front would be nice. March 6, 2013
Omni-Warm I will pretty much buy the Omni-Tech every time now. I got these bibs to replace my snowboard pants, since I wanted bibs for powder, and like the more streamlined fit of these. I'm 6"2" and a 32 waist with thin legs-the med is dead on for length and fit, bump up if you're any bigger though. The pockets were useful and the bib buckle is bomber.Don't let the lack of puffy loft fool you, these are warm. I rode in low teens to high twenties with only a base merino layer and was warm- opening up the lined mesh leg vents on the lift. I can still fit another fleece layer underneath if it gets colder. And I noticed that they were wicking moisture! I rarely see items advertised as "wicking" actually function in this way but these bibs kept me warm AND dry. February 28, 2013
Finally found bibs These bibs are dry and warm. The only thing I don't understand about them is they have no zipper in the front. I learned this the other day when I was on the slops in fresh powder and I had to go to the bathroom. I had to take off my jacket and drop my pants. Needless to say all my buddy's left me cause it took me five minutes to get ready "no friends on a powder day". I'm going to try to get one sewn in. Besides that they are great. February 7, 2013
Extreme Warmth With Light Weight Product Quality product. I was very concerned at first to see how thin the insulation was in the bibs. The truth is that these bibs don't have to be thick to keep you warm. Works well with a good wool thermal base layer. Wore these bibs with only wool thermals in -10 degree F weather and did not get cold. January 14, 2013
Nice Pockets Great material, love the color. Perfect pocket sizes.Wish the zipper on the side went all the way down the pant or half way. Also that the zipper is on both sides of the pants.Don't recommend for very cold weather (-20F or more)...but knew that it wouldn't work for that kind of weather. Bought for spring time weather.
