Good product but runs a little small Runs a little small (unless you want a snug fit - which I don't) - layered with a light long sleeved shirt which was perfect on a slightly cool day. I've used the Bug Shield products before so know they make a difference (and mosquitoes really, really love me)...even got asked a question about the product on a trail because folks noticed the bugs weren't swarming me the same way as everyone else. How to measure

Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
