Sleeves and body length are great I am 5'10''. I usually hate buying women's fleece jackets because the body and sleeves are short even when I try a larger size. I bought extra large which is too big in the body but it shouldn't be too bad when I wear it over the many layers I put on under my nursing uniform in the winter. The sleeves are great and the body lenght is good for me (great for someone of average length). I will buy a smaller size in the same jacket and color (bought it in bright white) so that I can have it to wear at work when the air conditioner is too strong in the summer but am wearing less layers. I have bought flecce jakcets from nursing uniform companies, Eddie Bauer, LL Bean and Lands End. Besides the nursing uniform company jackets made well and fitting well, the big name companies offer much thinner jackets. The quality is not there even though they may offer the tall sizes that I require so I returned them. Not all Columbia womens fleece jackets fit may tall body but this one does and is made extremely well. My only complaint is that I put in the code for free shipping but I noticed on my bill that I was still charged for shipping. October 13, 2012

How to measure

Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
