Absolutely Awsesome shirt I live in Queensland Australia where we have hot humid summers. I bought this shirt for Endurance Horse riding where we are often in the saddle for 12 + hours. This shirt is fantastic, the main material feels luxurious against the skin, whilst the Omni Freeze really works and sends a cool chill down your back. Overall the shirt makes you feel comfortable and sorry for your riding competitors who are obviously feeling uncomfortable in the heat.I dont tell them my secret, sorry cant give my them any advantage. Sleeves Been using my new Solar Polar for the last two weeks - it's a great shirt. I love it even with the high humidity and heat of the Florida summer. My only issue, the chest feels good but the sleeves are a bit baggy for me. I'm below average for the circumference of my arms and wrists but the shirt still seems to be quite large in those areas. Over all, I love the shirt and will just hike up the sleeves a bit. July 31, 2012

No match for humidity and heat I had high hopes for this shirt. I live in South Florida, very hot and humid. When I workout in this it does not feel cooler, it just feels clingy and damp. Much like the old cotton feel in the heat. Perhaps it is good in just hot climates, but here it doesn't cut it. I really wanted to love this shirt.Personally I prefer the omnifreeze to the omnifreezeice June 27, 2012

Sweet Piece I bought this 1/4 zip for a fishing trip to have something lightweight and layerable when it was 90 degrees out and this Solar Polar top was nothing short of spectacular. It has a nice tight fit, but the fabric is so thin and lightweight it doesn't bother you.Awesome men's performance top! June 18, 2012

More uncomfortable than it looks and.... it doesn't work to wear around a bunch of Eastern TN guys in the woods. To them I would look like a San Fransisco jogger.... So not my style, and it was very uncomfortable. June 16, 2012

Perfect for hot!! I got this shirt right before I moved to Florida hoping it would keep me cool and protected in the hot weather down here. So far, I couldn't be happier.I'm 6'2'', 175 and I got a medium and it fits perfect. Sleeves are a great length and the shirt stays nice and tight everywhere else.I got the Chartreuse. It's not quite as light yellow as I thought it would be... has almost a metal/green tint to it but it looks great, especially with the grey cut-ins. May 12, 2012

Great way to stay in and out of the sun! I love my new Solar Polar for biking and hiking. I think it offers better protection than wearing sunscreen if you plan to spend a lot of time in the sun. And I actually stay cooler because it feels like I'm standing in the shade. The material is lightweight and comfortable, and the high neck offers further protection where I need it most. I highly recommend this product for any activity if you spend considerable time in the sun. April 28, 2012

How to measure

Neck: Measure at the base or thickest part of your neck.
Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, allowing tape measure to sit comfortably.
Sleeves: Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
Inseam: Measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle.
