Men’s PFG Storm™ Jacket is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 32.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rain Jacket Got this as a packable rain jacket for my boat. even thought it is not "packable" it fits in its own pocket. The zipper is not the type used in a packable jacket. So I store it in a quart size Zip Lock Bag. This it is a great rain jacket. I got caught in a torrential storm and I stayed dry, it is very waterproof.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This product is too "noisy" The nylon Omni-Tech™ coated fabric is very "noisy" as it rubs against itself: when I walk my arms go "swoosh, swoosh" against my body.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My PFG Storm jacket Awesome jacket, keeps me dry especially with all this rain around hear in the Pacific NW. Lightweight and breathes great. Get lots of compliments on it too. Great value as well. Columbia's customer service is fantastic, none better in my opinion. Signed Steve, customer for life!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Syle and Function in One This jacket is colorful and functional. Fits true to size and is very comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good purchase The jacket holds up in the rain quite well. I tested it out with a pair of trunks in a recent downpour for around 2 -3minutes and I stayed dry. The hood tends to not stay put even when the drawstring is adjusted. If you're looking to fish in this it's got a good amount of slack that you can easily cast and reel in (this is really what I meant by runs a little large). Some of the stitching has frayed already but nothing has ripped at the seams to date.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally I am dry in the rain I have purchased windbreakers that were supposed to keep me dry in the rain but did not. I also have a heavy rain coat that does keep me dry but is really bulky. This coat is the perfect combination of light weight and water resistant. Great fit and looks good enough to wear it even when there is not a chance of rain. I would highly recommend this raincoat!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another win for Columbia I wasn't happy with the old rain coat I had purchased almost 10 years ago from REI and was looking for something a little more stylish. After reading reviews on so many products, I decided on the Storm jack. I bought the XL thinking that I'd like it for that in-between fall and spring rainy weather in MN and allow me to wear thicker clothing underneath without having to switch to a more 'wintery' coat. Tried it on and the arms were a little long for me (34-35" sleeve normally), but I'm ok with that since I do like to pull my hands back sometimes instead of wearing gloves. It definitely looks like good construction and can't wait to try it out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PFG Jacket So I bought this jacket on a whim after reading some mixed reviews I don't know if they thought they were buying a winter jacket or something but this is the best rain / cool weather jacket I have ever bought an yes it is what it says 100% waterproof an they run true to size thanks columbia for making a great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great jacket! My husband needed a good rain jacket as his past jacket would become compromised and leak after a while. This jacket was tested immediately with our fall rain and held up. Lightweight, durable and great looking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Men's PFC Storm Jacket First, Justin was most helpful on the phone to help me find just the right jacket. It is high quality and style. I have had excellent luck with Columbia products so I keep coming back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lightweight Rain jacket Jacket is very lightweight and packs up nicely when not in use. I would highly recommend for the warmer months of the year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Passed The Fishing Test This spring, I ordered this jacket in Sail Red along with a matching pair of bibs. I just returned from weeklong Canadian fishing trip where it rained 6 of the 7 days I was there. I lived in my rainsuit. This matched set performed above my expectations. I found I could move easily inside the jacket and most importantly, I stayed dry. I would recommend this jacket as half of a great rain suit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome jacket Folds neatly into pocket, keeps me warm on the fly bridge from sea spray
Date published: 2017-06-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by from You'll never forget it's a "Columbia"! I had the same issues as have other reviewers. The sleeve lining hangs about an inch out of the cuff and that sleeve logo is HUGE with a capital HUGE! They really need to reshoot the product photos to show the logo because it runs from the elbow to the wrist. Jacket was black, logo was white. Not to my taste, so I sent it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Jacket This product is very good and ideal for using in Rainy conditions
Date published: 2016-12-19
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Flimsy fabric and tightening assemblies; LOGO? Okay, I've been wearing Columbia gear for some time, but this rain jacket just bugs me. An enormous white Columbia logo lives on the right arm, which they don't disclose in the description.. These guys should be paying me to advertise! Lining pushes through the sleeves to my hands, every time I insert my arms. Rain fabric repels water, but I'm concerned about how long the material, small zipper assembly, tiny Velcro pieces and cinch ties will hold up. Not recommended, and not worth 70 bucks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect year around rain jacket This is a perfect light weight rain jacket or nice shell for over a warmer jacket.
Date published: 2016-07-23
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Jacket This jacket keeps me dry while fishing. It's a great jacket. I love it
Date published: 2016-06-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Plus unexpected benefits Yes, it is Waterproof...so far, as I've only had it in rain 2-3 times. It has a "crisp" finish as opposed to soft and pliable but the water repellency is excellent. Unexpected benefit is it is much warmer than I would think a shell would be. It also is pretty wind proof. It will be perfect over some layers to keep dry and warm on chilly days but it is really good for spring and summer showery days. Deep pockets that zip closed are also a plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mens PFG STORM JACKET I use it for biking to work and fishing in the rain and it works like charm keeping the rain out.
Date published: 2016-06-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing breathability but that's not all I have worn this in 75 degree heat when it was absolutely pouring during a tournament and stayed bone dry and comfortable in the heat. Also I have resorted to having to layer up under it in the winter and stayed dry and comfortable on windy 30 degree days too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice I like it, great stile and functionality....
Date published: 2016-02-08
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good wind breaker It's a little large than medium size but I'm a 6 foot slim tall guy so you decide if it's a little too big or not. The elastic lines that tightens the hood can be a little dangerous if you're not careful about removing your bag or things that could get tangled up and snap back at you. Other than that, the jacket is great! Good for its function and purpose.
Date published: 2016-01-25
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Huge Logo down the right sleeve Not show in the picture is a MASSIVE "Columbia" logo. I feel like they should be paying me to drive a race car. Otherwise, it's a nice jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MEN’S PFG STORM™ Jacket I got the safety yellow and black, to be visible, while walking. Now they can see me better and still make a bigger target. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good light rain jacket Got this jacket to replace old PFG rain jacket that was leaking. This new one has a mesh type lining that keeps the jacket from sticking to you in the rain. It is very water proof and I hope the zipper holds up better than the old jacket. The old zipper corroded in the salt water on me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product This product is a great value for the price. It is warm and durable. It gets the job done.
Date published: 2015-11-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable, light, and easy to pack This jacket has good styling and works really good in the rain. The Velcro closures on the front zipper flap are not necessary for my usage. Overall an excellent jacket.
Date published: 2015-11-11
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Logo ridiculous Logo running down arm is silly and over the top. The picture in advertisement does not show this. The quality is good but would not recommend.
Date published: 2015-10-29
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Can't wait to wear it in London! I bought this as a truly waterproof raincoat which it is. I wear a size 40 suit and bought the XL. It fits well with enough room to wear a fleece underneath. My only complaint is the giant 5" white #on black# letters on the sleeve spelling out "Columbia". This isn't shown on any of the pictures. I wouldn't have bought this jacket if I had seen them; it's too late #for my trip# to return it now.
