They fit so well, are very comfortable, and description is true to detail. I am already a huge fan of Columbia coats/jackets that perform as described always, every time. I had high hopes for boots and was not disappointed in any way. I would recommend these boots to anyone needing the performance these provide.

They are the most comfortable footwear I have ever worn and I usually prefer stocking feet. I can honestly say I forgot I have them on. They keep my feet warm outside but not too warm inside. You can’t go wrong with these boots.

They are really warm and comfortable. They are really lightweight and they look amazing as well. While these aren’t supposed to be hiking boots, the tread is great for it. Went on a short 4 mile hike through rocky woods. Did great! Very comfortable. Gripped well on leaves, dirt, rock, and in slight snow (less than an inch deep). Did well crossing creeks. Stayed dry inside despite an accidental step into the water, ankle deep. Gripped well on wet rock and branches. Definitely need to add spikes if crossing frozen creeks or other icy terrain, but that’s true of any boot. Kept my feet warm. Wore with a pair of thin, double-lined, wool socks. I purchased a half size larger than my tennis shoe size, which is normal for me in hiking/winter boots.

She doesn't live with me to try them on, so I just went around the store testing all the boots for the high quality she needs. Firm ankle support, bend in the toes not the arch, fexible not stiff, and omni heat! These are the ones I chose and mailed to her. She said they fit perfectly and keep her feet nice and warm, and comfortable right out of the box! To find a shoe that can be purchased and not tried on and be perfect is an amazing boot!
